I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this wonderful company. Their customer service is truly exceptional! I've never encountered anything like it. Joanna was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to address all my questions.

When my earrings arrived—much sooner than I anticipated—I was delighted to find a lovely note from Liv. The personal touch from this company is unmatched. The earrings themselves are of the highest quality, and I can't wait to wear them. i have struggled for the longest time to find a company I trust purchasing earrings from and now I won’t be going anywhere else!

Already have my next few pairs I would like to buy lined up! Really can’t recommend them enough!

I made a mistake with my order - entirely my fault but Joanna did everything to resolve the issue and ensure I had the earrings as quickly as possible, first class customer service.
The quality of the earrings is incredible, I bought 4 titanium earrings using the offer and have to say even at full price the quality would have surpassed my expectations and the earrings are so pretty and looked beautiful when in the ear. Totally recommend the company and Will definitely be the first of many orders - and thank you again Joanna for amazing customer service

I had the best shopping experience with this company. I ordered in the past and everything was exceptional, from customer service to packaging (the parcel was scented!) but today I had a call from a lovely lady who was preparing my current order to be dispatched, I ordered a piercing in gold and additional bar in silver titanium. She queried if I wanted silver or if perhaps I made a mistake when placing the order. I was so grateful as indeed I made a mistake. I have never experienced this level of customer service and I am in shock. Thank you so much Crystal Heaven! You are the most customer friendly company I ever came across! Xxxx

Ordered two seperate stud earrings and my friend who is a piercer put them in for me. She commented that they were flimsy. Within 2 day BOTH had fallen out, one possibly when I was washing my hair. Unable to find them as they were so tiny and all I have is one post. Emailed Crystal Heaven on 28th Sept but got no response. Chased up over a week later and finally got a response to say they could only refund or replace if I returned the faulty earrings. The whole issue was that they had both fallen out and got lost!!! Why would I contact them if I had the earrings. Avoid. Terrible customer service

Ordered an earring received just the post hmmm being told I ordered just that! Why would I? Nope not happy

Love the earrings quality, sizing selection, colors, and choices. Not bad prices as they have affordable and more higher priced earrings. They always come so quickly and perfectly! No complaints, they are perfect for cartilage piercings.

CrystalHeavenJewelry has been a blessing to my sensitive ears especially with the piercings that are not just lobes. Their hoops come in 6mm or even 5mm...tiny hoops for that perfect hoop stack. Ear charms add 'umph' to the hoops. I've purchased several styled earrings during the last year & they all look the same...sparkly, delicate, no-tarnish and just fancy ear jewelry. Only wish, the sparkle tiny hoops would come back at 5mm & more threaded studs.

Love the packaging, especially as it is reusable and holds up. Excellent selection for all Cartilage piercings! They hold up pretty well in water and don’t cause any irritation. One thing I’d like is more chain add ons, but I love the variation for studs and hoops!

These earrings are my favourite ever! i’ve got hoops in my helix, conch and seconds all from here and they are perfect. they never irritate my ears and i always get so many compliments

I am so so glad I stumbled across Crystal Heaven jewellery! I had previously brought supposed nickel free jewellery online which gave me a terrible delayed reactions and I was particularly unlucky with earrings anyway. I decided to look for earrings last minute for a birthday and searched for something hypoallergenic and reasonably priced ..I found Crystal Heaven and thought if it doesn’t last it’s fine I will wear it for the day and will have to take it out again like the other ones but was in a rush to get something I liked quickly. ONE YEAR LATER AND I AM STILL WEARING THE SAME ONES AND STILL GETTING COMPLIMENTS.

I love them, I was skeptical because of previous experience elsewhere but they are so so skin friendly and strong! I have a conch hoop that looks delicate and was worried that it might bend after a while - nope! The rest (and yes I brought quite a few) are delicate, gorgeous and strong- NOT EVEN THE SLIGHTEST REACTION ON MY SUPER SENSITIVE EARS!!!

And I cannot not mention the service! It’s the small touches that often mean so much! I had written a small note mentioning that it would be amazing if I got them before the event… and I did with a little hand written note saying they hope they made it in time and hope that I enjoy the birthday! How sweet and thoughtful!

Quick and easy process. Fast Delivery. Beautiful jewellery. Have bought jewellery on several occasions and will continue to do so. Would highly recommend.

I bought three items, and have only worn one. This item fell out the same day I wore it to work in the office. I emailed customer services the next morning and told them I still have the back but the pin with the attachment got lost. Clearly there was something faulty with the jewellery. They emailed back saying they do not sell the pin with the jewellery separately, a set of instructions of how to bend the jewellery to stay in place. Then offered a 25% off code ?? I replied explaining that once I put the jewellery in I tugged on it to ensure it was in place before leaving the house. I have literally had cartilage piercings for over 10 years and worn different jewellery over the years. For reference the package was delivered on Wednesday and I emailed them Friday morning. Basically wasted my money with them because how is it normal for jewellery to fall out the same day.

Unfortunately I was missing an item when my order was delivered. Then whilst away, the screw top of the gold star disappeared, the. unfortunately the silver star dropped off too. I had emailed customer service but had initially got missed.
I was impressed that Natasha took the time to contact me directly and sent the missing order along with replacements for the ones that got lost.
She was apologetic, friendly and really helpful.
Looking at other hoop earrings I can purchase from here, as I really like them.
