Customer Care Above and Beyond
Amazing customer service, especially from representative Marc Lee. I booked a round trip flight through them and within hours (maybe minutes?), they called me to check on the reservation. Marc called me the next day and volunteered to add my global entry number and frequent flyer number to the reservation. In addition, while speaking to me over the phone, he put assigned seats (window or aisle) on all my flights, all this without any extra charge.
When I had trouble locating my reservation on the China Southern Airlines website, Marc spent 31 minutes on the phone with me and guided me through all the steps, and I was finally able to see my reservations. To be honest, I had never experienced this level of customer care before and trust me I have flied quite a bit over the years. I will definitely do business with them again.

I booked an inexpensive, no-frills flight from Crystal and couldn't make it due to a medical emergency.
