We have been using CS for a year and a half. SMS is turbulent market, and things are changing constantly, so it requires you to be constantly in touch with account manager to keep things running smoothly. And they do that great for the price. There are turn-key variants that will allow you to connect and forget, but the prices are higher. Personally, i like their approach of being proactive, especially the support team. The fact they are available all the time is important. I have them on skype and it is a matter of minutes when we need help. There is a room for improvements to provide more user friendly interfaces. But i'll give 5 stars for CS because of support in first place.
