Excellent, fast and efficient service, highly recommend
I had no heating in the house and the boiler was not igniting. Tom arrived dead on time at 8am and got straight to the job. Tom was a very pleasant and polite young man and took his shoes off at the front door so as not to get mud on my carpets! :-) He soon got to the heart of the problem and realized that the pump in the storage boiler had failed. It was a tricky job as this was an old boiler and a closed system. However, Tom replaced with a new pump and got the job completed within 1 hour. He was fast and efficient and the boiler is now working perfectly. I would highly recommend C.S Heating & Plumbing and would definitely use them for any future plumbing or heating needs.

We have come to know and trust CS Heating & Plumbing over the last couple of years, through use of their heating service plan and they have carried out a refurb to our bathroom. Their service is excellent and standard of workmanship is high. Would recommend to anyone who is used to high standards of professional workmanship.

Our boiler broke and they booked us in for their first available appointment.
They had a cancellation and fitted us in earlier than expected. we had our boiler fixed within 5 hours of contacting them.
The boiler engineer was friendly and was very respectful of our home.
Would highly recommend this company

New boiler
After our boiler was giving us so much trouble we invested in a new boiler supplied and fitted by CS heating.the engineer called Ryan came first thing Friday, done a great job,explained all the settings and timings. Came back Saturday morning recheck all he done left our bungalow clean tidy. Highly recommend CS heating Brian & Jan

The plumber was a complete joy
The plumber was a complete joy, he arrived exactly on time, was really efficient, friendly and meticulous. He transformed our bathroom after our old lavatory cistern had fractured. I cannot raté him highly enough!

Far more personable than British Gas and sorted by gas safety certificate asap with no issues. BG had given me the run around and let me down multiple occasions so will be using CS Heating from now on.

Very Expensive!!!
I was very pleased that they came out in about 3 hours. I was satisfied with their work.
I was horrified when I was asked for £96 for a 1o minute job! All he did was use a long plunger on a loo that was nearly overflowing. He then flushed a couple of times to ensure it was now working again. He did not tell me why it had blocked in the first place and why their hourly rate is so high and seems to apply to any part of an hour!
I certainly won't be using them again or recommending them to anyone.
£96 for 10 minutes is outrageous!

We have looked through the work carried out and are happy with our procedure. We responded within 2 hours of your initial call and our engineer was able to unblock your toilet which was fully tested afterwards. With regards to knowing the cause of the blockage, we would be unable to ascertain this without using a camera down the drainage pipework.
With regards to the invoice. We have always charged for up-to and including the first hour, this covers the travel cost and overheads of the business and we have not changed the way we have charged since you started using us 10 years ago.

Josh and Ben came out very quickly to sort out a flushing problem in our very old outside loo. After initial incredulity that such an antiquated fitting was still in use, a small amount of high level investigation discovered and remedied the problem in less than a minute! Well done and thank you!
