Never in my 6 years in UK I felt treated with so much disrespect. The person through the phone was rude like no one. I couldn't take my exam because he said my number wasn't registered, then I asked him to wait because I was going to give him the number and he said "if it is not the number I can do anything" and just shut the call. Then i try to call many times and he was shutting the call all the time. Is this a SCAM?

Rude and disgusting behaviour when they wanted my money the was calling me emailing me soon they get the payment, I didn’t get no call back the guy told me to do a bank transfer , they are scammers, but I’m not gonna let them take my money like that I will fight and report them and make a case against them because they should not get away with this

Appalling service, website promise confirmation of test date within 3 days of registration. Within 3 days they only took my money. 2 days before my test, I had no confirmation whatsoever, despite multiple emails and phone calls. Every time I called I was promised a confirmation the next day, that never came.
When starting to request a refund by phone, they mentioned they did not refund, not very nice and not true according to their own website (still with a 50£ administration fee, while they had obviously done nothing from me, apart from taking the money).
I do not recommend at all.

I been scam with this shettt quy call him self mustafa don't let them go.any one pay money and didn't get back I told you how to get your money even you pay with current account. I PAID WITH MY CURRENT ACCOUNT ON JULY I FIND OUT TODAY THAY ARE DODGY CALL THE BANK (HELP) I HAVE MY MONEY BACK IN 3 OURS.

After payment was well received didnt get anyfeedback about the exam. They request a copy for my passpor which was sent next day. Calling Customer service in order to receive the identificatiin number based in passport nobody answer to my calls. Since 2 weeks i am calling and when finaly Mustafa answer to my call he gets very aggressive as everything is ok with exam and i should wait for his email. However are 2 more days and the exam should be on 21st august and no email received in regards of confirmation. Definetly is a scam and my advice is to even didnt think of using their service.

Complete scam. They always postponed my exam and make an excuse all the time. Luckily i got my money back through paypal. I hope these people get jailed soon by the UK police. Eventually they have UK number and some indian customer service which never pick up the call. Day light robbers.

Scan. I pay 3 months ago and till waiting for them to contact me. What's really wrong is have my passport copy, so this is not normal 😐

they will steal your money and you will not get a refund or a test, they don't care about the police and the address for the company is fake, also the business is not registered at Companies House. Utter fraud and should be in jail. Vile despicable criminals

Update, eventually managed to get the money back from Paypal. Scammers of the highest order should be in jail

This company is a SCAM. Be careful. I paid for a B1 test and never received an official confirmation. I contacted the company multiple times but they did nothing. Extremely rude people answering the phone.

I opened a case for refund through PayPal, will fight till I get my last penny, they are scamming poor people who doesn’t know English enough to defend themselves. Shame on you.

Do not use this company. Visa time is stressful enough and you will only add to the stress with this bunch of scammers. Theyll happily take your money and not book you an exam. When dealing with customer service they are rude and refuse to give you their name so you know its not their first time. No confirmation emails are received and you'll end up going elsewhere.

This company is not on the Home office list of approved providers

They get one star because they cant get none! Please avoid scam scam scam they take your money and never send your appointment and the call you names when you call them. they also ask you to send a copy of your id when you book so they have this for lord knows what because they are not actually giving test appointments. if this has happened to anyone else then let me know and we can submit complaint to the home office who recommend them

Warning: Please read before booking from this company. They're a scam I paid my booking test 3werks agono confirmation from them I called and called and left messages through text and WhatsApp but no reply. Finally,someone called me and said they'll send me confirmation by email but it wasn't a confirmation but wasn't a confirmation but junk mail. My test is in one week time but no sched given to me yet. I am in the process of getting my money from pay pal as we speak. Please do not book with this company if you don't want any stress or if you don't want getting scammed

Read this review before paying. This is completely a fraud. Tried to call them for the exam time but could never reach them. Raised a case for refund from PayPal and then got a call from them with Indian accent said that the time is confirmed but need me to cancel the case before they can send me the confirmation. I said I will cancel the case once they send me the test confirmation with all the detail. “ Then F’k Off ” is what I heard before they hung up.

I don't think this is a scam, just that they are absolutely and completely useless. We booked an English test with them, and although it took a few phone calls to chase up with them, the test went ahead as scheduled and we received the certificate afterwards. We paid extra for learning resources which were not provided, and they refused to refund us for this (a link was sent via WhatsApp however the page was not found, and there was no further response when asked on this). I would recommend anyone else to avoid using this company if possible, applying for these visas can be stressful and the last thing you need is to deal with people who can't get the basic stuff right without a fuss.

This company is total fraud and scammers, paid for the exam and sent my ID which is worrying because it can fall into wrong hands. Kept saying they have sent me a confirmation letter, when I said I have not received it...Said I should check my spam. Or they will send another one....till date have not sent any. Is almost a week now....Have refused to answer calls or return any.
These scammers and fraudsters should be reported to the police and be arrested for their fraudulent activities.

Daylight robbery...taking advantage of peoples' situations. I have been left speechless, dumbfounded and utterly shocked with the way I was scammed by this website. It all looks genuine when you do all the booking process ie paying(in my case - £195), providing them with all the personal information(which is very worrying as your details can be used in wrong places)(identity theft) but the unearthing part is when you are told at the test centre that your name is not on the list! and this Karim person will start telling you that you should've waited for an email confirmation and from there it'll be one lie after the other with his rudeness and distasteful words. If there is actually a College of and skills and learning organisation, they need to look into their website and do an overhaul so that scammers do not penetrate and hack them. Absolute thieves!!

These are THIEVES!!! Do not use them!!! We paid £195.00 and the guy who answers the call called us "brainless" when we demanded a refund! They kept telling us that they would send an email with confirmation and this took more than 2 weeks.

Really bad customer service, bunch of liars. Been chasing them for the appointment time which I already paid for for a week now. They keep on saying it will be sent today for the last 3 days.

Don’t use. Really bad, booked online, took money, then only when I chased for exam time they said they can’t do the date I booked now.
