Ordered Dyson hoover order 19912 Money taken on Monday 24th, no email update since. No dispatch information sent to me. It was supposed to arrive within 48 hours. Tried calling, but number does not connect. Left message on website, no answer. Really disappointing service, taken my money straight away and heard nothing since.

Dyson hoover ordered and acknowledged 17th Jan order 19678. No subsequent delivery info. No response to e mail enquiry and phone never answered. Looks like they have taken my money and run!

There was a fault with my Dyson but CS dealt with the issue immediately and the day after I placed my complaint I received a new product and at the same time, the faulty one was collected for return to CS. I would confidently purchase from this supplier again - not least because the item was £30 cheaper than anywhere else!

No email to confirm delivery, no body answering the phone,
Seen another review the same as mine and I’m not very happy as it says delivery in two days.

Ordered item 10th Jan, no delivery or communication advising when this will be since order confirmation, no reply to my email follow up 2 days ago and nobody replying on the phone! I expected my item to be delivered by now and am very concerned over the validity of this company/my order!
Posting in case this is how I can best get a reply! (Order ref 19430)
UPDATE: finally got a voicemail from company the afternoon I wrote this supposedly my order was overlooked due to a system error and was now being sent express delivery ... finally got my item today, will not use this company again.

Good Product £70 cheaper than most outlets. Fast free delivery. No hesitation using these guys again.

Im very pleased with these guys. Their prices are spot on and the delivery service is second to none. They made headaches created by Currys and Argos delivery service go away.

Coffee Machine purchased. Arrived as advertised and in perfect condition. Very pleased.

I will give it 4 stars. My delivery got late understandably because of holidays. However, there was no communication, therefore, didn't give 5 stars. Otherwise all good: good market price.
