Washing machine packed in on Sunday night, looked online and came across this company. I ordered online that night and was told it would be delivered within 48hours. I had a company rep ring me Monday morning to say, I would have it Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning the delivery driver rang me to say he would be with me in the next hour. Delivery driver turned up, friendly and polite, he brought the washing machine in and explained about taking the bolts out, at the back of the machine. He then apologised stating that they had run out of the Hoover washing machine 1400 spin and upgraded me to the 1500 spin, at no additional cost. Bonus. I'm extremely impressed by this company and will be recommending them to friends and family. Excellent value for money & customer service. Website very easy to navigate.
