Great course from cst training
Great course from cst training, delivered expertly by our tutor Steve Kaged. I felt we had every bit of information given, to us to prep us for the final exam. We all passed, so a lot of credit should go to our tutor, who prepared us so well.

I finished my 5 day Smsts online course
I finished my 5 day Smsts online course today, unfortunately I failed, mostly my fault, as I didn’t have any experience on a computer which i was told by customer service I didn’t need any. I definitely did, for 3 days out of 5 my tutor had a very strong african accent, (this is ok in a classroom) but online i think this is naughty,lovely man and definitely knew what he was teaching but I did struggle with this communication part. Leading up to the test we was all waiting for his colleague to join to no avail, so we had to be split up into breakout rooms, during the exam the other groups time had expired so they join our room with talking going on, this definitely affected my concentration and I really struggled to

We are sorry if you felt you required additional guidance in this area and we will take your comments on board.
Regarding the exam session, we apologise for the disruption caused. Due to an unexpected issue, there was a delay in arranging an additional tutor to assist with invigilation, which meant changes had to be made to the exam setup.
Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we will use it to continue improving our training delivery.

I attended the SMSTS classroom course this week at Newcastle. The course was delivered by Barry Kelly from CST. The course was delivered over 5 days, with various levels of experience in the classroom from members of the group. The course was delivered extremely well in a relaxed and well structured format. The use of textbooks, slides, presentations and delivery from Barry was excellent. He took the time to engage with all members of the class to ensure the best learning experience for all members.
I genuinely feel the course was a great asset and good preparation for real world/on site duties.

Excellent course
The course was intense but well structured, very good and pleasant instructor whom effort to explain and ensure everyone understood the content.
A bit of disappointment for the venue due to lack of air conditioning and/or fans. It was hard to concentrate sometimes due to the heat in the room.

TWCTC
I recently completed the Temporary Works Co-ordinator (TWCTC) course with CST Training and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The course was well structured, engaging, and delivered at a great pace.
A special mention goes to Lee the tutor, whose knowledge of temporary works is second to none. His wealth of industry experience really came across throughout the course, and he explained even the more complex topics in a clear and practical way. His real-world examples made the learning much easier to understand and apply.
If you’re looking to complete your TWCTC course, CST Training is an excellent choice.

CST SMSTS Course review.
Hi there my name is Ivan Johnson I recently attended the SMSTS course in person held at Buddle road Newcastle.
The course was extremely informative although I’ve been into higher construction management for some time this was a great reminder of exactly how much you can forget over time.
I’d like to give special thanks to Barry Kelly who’s delivery of the course was hands down the best I’ve encountered in recent years, vast knowledge of the health & safety and CDM aspects of the course.
I’ll definitely use CST again and recommend them to anyone.
