I have been buying pottery supplies from CTM in Doncaster for years, in fact, decades!
I highly rate their service and the choice of varied articles is brilliant, something for everyone. They are always polite, friendly and helpful, always take my stuff into the car as well.

The staff are really helpful ( Doncaster) and supportive of new potters. Graeme spent over 1.5 hours explaining how to use the controller on the kiln and other kiln matters. We were not rushed and came way with lots of fact sheets. Staff always friendly and helpful to us novices.

I have rarely experienced such appalling customer service. The woman who runs the office at Ctm Supplies is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. She’s been there for years. The amount of people that are appalled by her service, her attitude, constantly failing to pick up the telephone which is the only way to order as it’s an antiquated ordering system so everybody who lives in the South West either pays extortionate prices to order from reliable places like Potclays or Bath Potters and many other very good online suppliers and in order to save money you have to go to Ctm where you are then insulted by the woman who works in the office and told that it’s extremely inconvenient to keep phoning her because she’s on the other line and can’t hear herself speaking! that’s the message you get when she eventually picks the phone up angry! then you can wait several hours before you can get hold of somebody. Meanwhile people are going to collect their supplies in order to save money, we usually do it in a group from various locations around Devon they insist we pay a surcharge on our business debit cards for telephone ordering which is the only way to order. Wait for hours, go through a terrible website, which most of us can’t understand and you have no idea when things are in stock or not - never ever go to Ctm if you can avoid it, pay the postage fee from other places or it will literally ruin your day
