Watching Donna Sound on CTV News is like watching a robot. Everything she says is delivered in a monotone, and she regularly messes up her words. Nothing against her personally, but I don't think being a newscaster is her forte. There has been no improvement after weeks on the air. I have to switch channels whenever she is on.

I downloaded the app thinking I would have access to different channels.
I tried to watch something on Sci-Fi and was then got message couldn't watch it and had to contact my service provider. Why? Don't you make enough money with all the ads that I should not have to pay for channels that you own?

I was watching the Coronation and was somewhat disappointed with your coverage for the reason that your team kept talking incessantly not really allowing for the sounds of the occasion to be heard for the most part. Who really remembers such an overload of information, we would rather enjoyed taking the moment in.

I find that Edmonton CTV seems to favour the NDP over the Conservatives.. they will have negative comments followed by more positive comments for the NDP.

Too many ads. Could have stayed with cable tv and used my pvr. Instead I’m barraged with repeat ads nonstop

App works good but wat to many commercial 12 for a 20 min show also commercial way to loud

The app is absolutely unusable. Freezing , always stopping and sometimes never restarting especially at commercial. Why would anyone subscribe after trying this out initially is beyond me. No better after 3 years of attempting to watch it. Total garbage imo.

What is wrong with CTV Toronto? No matter the day or time of day, the broadcast from CTV 8 and CTV 20 frequently 'freezes' briefly or indefinitely while CTV News Channel 62 appears unaffected. I've written to CTV twice online recently and have yet to receive a response. My TV works fine and the other channels on my Rogers Cable provide uninterrupted service flawlessly so the problem clearly lies with CTV itself.
P.S. Vassy Kapelos is a dreadful host on Question Period and Power Play. She talks far too much and constantly 'rolls her eyes' when she is on camera and speaking to her guests. Please replace her with Joyce Napier or Mike LeCouteur who often substitute and are far better as hosts.

We do enjoy the app for its available shows and movies, HOWEVER, if you are watching a series, it skips over episodes. This seems like a very serious glitch that has been overlooked.

If I could rate it negative I would. The app crashes almost every episode then forces you to treat h all the commercials again. It doesn’t indicate where you are in a series forcing you to try remember where you were in the series. Seriously the worst app I have ever used.

Terrible app. Does nothing but freeze.

Just don’t have an ususable app that freezes by the second. Not even worth the time of a download. Shows are a ai le without freezing anywhere spare us !

Power Play
Question Period

Disappointed with Vassy Kapelos. Been watching Power Play since Don Martin was host. I find Vassy interviews like she is looking for a fight. She takes forever to ask a question. She interrupts and has her own agenda.
I watch on mute.

I used to watch CTV every night, Omar does not deliver as an anchor man no way no how… sorry I’m not the only one!

Terrible app, cuts off constantly, no auto play and ads galore. Get it together ctv

Accidentally shut my screen off and the show I was watching stopped; no big deal. Turned my screen back on and the show restarted from the beginning - including a slot of three ads I had JUST watched. Get through the ads, and I have to skip ahead to the spot I was previously at, about twenty minutes in. This triggers a slot of five ads. Oh well, I wait through them. It gets back to my show - and it plays for two minutes before going to ANOTHER slot of five ads. This streaming service SUCKS. Won't be going back to it.

For the most part I love the app but I'm having more problems of freezing and commercial stuck in a loop.

The union network and for the people who do not like it work!!
