Unhappy customer
Ordered a bracelet and paid for express delivery. Have yet to receive the bracelet which should have arrived 3 days ago. I have emailed the company twice and have not had a replied. Tried to call the number online and each time I call, it fails. Very unhappy with the service and not convinced that this is a real website. This was a gift for my friends graduation and I’m really disappointed. I hope to hear from someone soon to get some information about my parcel.

Nothing received
Bought an anniversary gift paid for next day delivery. 5 days later still no item delivered or even marked as despatched. Emailed twice with no reply. Won’t be using these ever again.
*update- still nothing from this company either by email or post. He seems to be quite active on replying to bad reviews apart from mine for some reason. Opened a claim on PayPal to get my money back. Use this as a lesson people
