Terrible customer support!
I have 5 Cubec Shirts (at approximately $300 each) and a suit ($1000), all of which are lovely. The shirt was black and white with a flowery pattern.
However, I recently soaked one of my cotton shirts in Napisan (the coloured version - not with bleach) as the cuffs were dirty. The colour bled into the white part of the shirt and now it is a black and grey shirt.
I rang Cubec to see what they could do for me and I was told it was my fault and to keep rewashing it until all of the colour faded out.
Helen was quite rude when I told her my problem and would not guarantee her product.
Cubec offered no customer support except to say it was my fault. I don't usually write bad reviews but I feel it is my only option.
I'm very disappointed as this was one of my very expensive, favourite shirts and now I can't wear it!
I will not be buying any more of their products.
