Cube Smart: the only Business in Las Vegas without any A.C.!!!

The swamp cooler at Cube Smart at2121 Rock Springs has been broken from mid May until current!@ !! Ive ventured into my storage with 3 different thermometers .temp has varied from 95 degrees to 110 degrees. OTHER renters & myself have spoken with coorperate mgrs with big titles, have e mailed ,texted,complained,contacted BBB as our contents melt in this hell box. Its inhumane to hire movers as that would be torture!. And the upper mgement continues to lie about when it will be fixed!!!l

The customer service sucks

The customer service sucks, the rep was so so rude, I was due a refund, and she stated I don’t get a refund because I paid with cash, after asking to speak to a manager, she was told to refund my money, after receiving my money, I questioned the amount, she couldn’t explain to me why I’m only receiving this amount, I told her she didn’t have to yell, she told me, “if I was yelling, you would know about it”… excuse me, is this how you talk to your customers? Where do they find people like this? This company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star… I called customer service to report her, no respond…

What was the care about money? No customer service.

On July 2, approximately 10:03 AM I went to my storage unit on Woodside Avenue queens New York to my surprise they were closed. They were supposed to be opened at 9 AM. I was heading on a trip me and my family that day I store my luggage in there and my vacation clothing for me and my family, I waited for 10 minutes nobody was there. The place was locked dark. Nobody opened up so I had to hurry up to the store my new luggage, my bathing suits by vacation clothing so we got back from the July 4th vacation. I called the storage unit they told me that I apologize I had emergency I couldn’t open up the store Number one you have a major business. You should have two people opening the store all the time God for bid somebody can’t make it in. Somebody could open the store customers you or your customers that service so after 10 phone calls 12 days of me calling you guys you finally issue me a one day credit to my storage unit that is a disgrace that’s a slap in the face. I spent $600 on luggage clothing, which I can’t return because I used it and this is how you treat your customers on one day credit you guys should be ashamed of yourself. Remember you need your customers we pay for a service and you failed to deliver. if I could leave a note star review horrible experience if anybody has experienced this on that day, or any other day please put a negative review they have to know how to serve the customers and stop being so damn cheap. Have two people there opening all the time.

I rented a parking spot for a camper at…

Before I rented a space from CubeSmart, everyone had told me that I wasn't going to have a good experience. I rented a parking spot for a camper at the storage in amissville Virginia. After about a week of my camper sitting there in the storage parking, all of a sudden I have a game camera pointing right at my camper. So I take a drive around the rest of the storage facility and I seem to be the only person there with a camera. Is this place biased because my camper isn't as nice as the rest of them that are in there? The gentleman and the lady without seeing me knew exactly who I was by face they called me by name because they were watching me for weeks for what reason? So I suggest you stay away from CubeSmart because they tend to try and spy on you.

Please don't use this place at 3301 NC…

Please don't use this place at 3301 NC highway 55, Cary, NC. It was first Spacestation storage and was bought by Cubesmart some time back. Useless place as it is not temperature controlled. Then they raised the prices last October from $115 to $151 without informing me. I realized only a few months ago. Not worth it. I am about to close my storage.

Service is so so. But it's not worth the money. Go elsewhere where you can get a better deal with temperature control.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, hard to reach a live person and prices are too high. They won't let you make a partial payment and do not help you and give you no options. I will never use this company again!!!

If you're looking for OUTSIDE storage, keep looking. They advertise being well-lit, and secure; that is a joke. After our toy-hauler was broken into we asked about the cameras....answer was, oh, sorry we don't have them or they weren't working in the area we rented. I'm writing this while "on hold" for their SureSmart/Great American Insurance customer service; 20 mins and holding. I detest companies with "America" in their name that have horrible service, do better or get out of business!

Our 16 ft enclosed trailer was stolen

In August 2022 we had our 16 ft. enclosed trailer stolen from CubeSmart. The CubeSmart at 8330 Littleton Rd, North Fort Myers FL.
We found out from the person working the front desk that the front gate had been malfunctioning, so they chose to leave the gate wide open day and night for over 2 months straight. They said it was more convenient for them to do so.
We were never contacted or informed that they were choosing to leave the gate open for months at a time, or at all.
When we arrived at CubeSmart we discovered that our trailer lock had been cut and the trailer was gone with all of our furniture that we had inside of it.
When the Sheriff's office obtained video surveillance from CubeSmart the sheriff said one of their cameras had too grainy of an image, and the other camera was broken, so they were unable to read the license plate on the vehicle that stole our trailer.
Our trailer would have been better protected being parked out front of our house than with CubeSmart. Faulty gate, cheap and faulty cameras, gross negligence!
I've seen the gate wide open many times since then. It is dishonest charging customers for a secure lot but then not delivering the service. A gate left open 24/7, for months at a time, is not what we were promised. We were promised code access in and out. That isn't what we received. Gross negligence and dishonest business practices!

This place is mold ridden and not secure!

This place is not maintained and in HORRIBLE condition! The security gate is left open 24/7. Everything I had stored there was ruined due to severe roof leaks. I have photos of all of my belongings covered in mildew and mold. I also have pictures of the ceiling that is covered in mold and mildew from the leaking roof. They say I have no insurance, which I have proof of on my monthly receipts. All of my belongings are a complete loss and no one will try to help rectify the situation.

I had my quad stolen in less than a day…

I had my quad stolen in less than a day of the first day i had it there literally within hours! at the taunton massachusetts location. i have every reason to suspect that the facility manager and at least 1 other were involved in this theft, besides that there is only 1 camera that watches the main gate and later i discovered a hole cut in the fence and discovered people hiding in the unrented units whether they were homeless people or thieves im not sure. Regardless i do not recommend this facility to anyone who values their property

Great company and great employees

This company has done nothing but help me out from the start. Ive had a storage unit with them for over a yr now and they are always trying to be there and help. Unlike so many who only care for the money , they care for the customer. I wouldnt choose anyone else over them. They work with you, which more than i can say for places.

Poor Customer Service / Greedy Company

Cubesmart took over my previous storage company where I was on auto pay. They sent me a statement with a due date of less than 7 days later, then charged a late fee. I shall be moving my items to a different company.

Increase rent 50$ every 3 months

Same as many others. Don’t rent here because they lure you in with discount then jack up price 50$ because as the district manager stated they don’t need to be customer client focused if we leave they can rent it again easy. They have zero client loyalty he said price is market driven and the computer runs it all. Nice anti-customer marketing. I have 3 units and what do I do

Ocala , Fl Great place Cube Smart

We rented a storage unit in Ocala ,Fl I rented the wrong unit online a little confusing needed to change reservation Debbie was very good at reaching out for final paperwork after a few missed communications by me when I finally got to unit she was so understanding and kind she cleared up the confusion without any problems fixed the billing problem deff above and beyond customer service very satisfied with cube smart in Ocala management is big key to any rental place , highly recomend !

FACILITY IS NOT SECURE, IT WOULD BE SAFER TO LEAVE EVERYTHING ON AN OPEN PORCH FOR EVERYONE TO SEE

They are NOT a secured facility. My unit was broken into 3x in 1 week. Yes, thats right, 3x in 1 week. I even question one of the staff personnel since I caught her in 2 lies. There would of been no reason to lie and since it appeared whomever stolen from this unit, received information of where the unit was when it was moved to, after the second break in. The video shows how they went looking for a particular unit just a few spaces where it was originally. The insurance is a joke! The dont share information with you when you sign up for it, but then you find out most of your items would not be covered by their insurance. If you are needing a storage area find another business other than cubesmart. I have found out the company has secured doors where your unit is, that are broken and wont lock. lights that are out or so dim you cant see while no perform no service to address the issues even though they say they will. The fence in the front that was cut and been broken into and all they do is place a concrete barrier in front of it which makes it easier for thieves to jump over the fence to break in. After 6 months the door and the fence have never been fixed. I have contacted upper management even though most of them stay well hidden from customers and she talked a lot but she never followed through on anything. I have documented everything and will follow up to make for sure no one there can say they were never informed of the issues in case someone wants to address their negligence in courts for items that have been stolen, just contact and I would be more than happy to share my documentation. This is the worse company due to their follow up, failures to prevent break ins when this is their business. If I could give them no stars, or a negative 100 star review, I would.

The manager at the Saginaw location…

The manager at the Saginaw location goes above and beyond as far as customer satisfaction and service. I have health problems and without me asking she checks on me whenever I am there .She is always pleasant and helpful

Very disappointed with cube smart in…

Very disappointed with cube smart in lemoyne, Tommy was very personable and nice but he moved us into the wrong unit and said he would try to accommodate us so we didn't need to transfer all of our things, they ended up charging us over $320, so after 2 weeks, we found the same size for much less somewhere else, definitely would not recommend them.
