Avoid, spectacularly unhelpful.

I would not recommend based on my experience.

Cubico brass taps were supplied as part of a bathroom installation (ordered June 2023, installed October 2023). Within less than two years, the basin and bath taps developed significant blue/purple discolouration, localised around the spout joint and base.

Other Cubico brassware installed at the same time and cleaned in exactly the same way remains completely unaffected.

I submitted photographs and raised a warranty claim. The response from both the. was to immediately attribute the issue to “chemical cleaners,” despite being informed that no abrasive pads, bleach, or acidic products had been used. No inspection or testing was carried out — the conclusion was made solely from images.

When I challenged this and asked for the technical basis behind the decision, I was told the matter would not be escalated further and that this was their “final decision.” The only option offered was to purchase replacement taps at a discounted rate. They subsequently removed the offer of discounted replacements for no apparent reason.

I found the handling of the claim dismissive and unhelpful, and i got the impression they had pre-agreed the outcome from the very first email despite alternative evidence.

For a product of this type and price point (taps cost over £1k!) deterioration within such a short period, combined with a refusal to properly investigate, is extremely disappointing.

I'm now stuck with expensive taps that look absolutely terrible. Buy elsewhere.

Faulty designer radiators and company isnt replacing them

I have bought some designer radiators from this company through B&Q. The horizontal radiators are not working properly. Some of the bars are not heating.
The plumber suggests the horizontal radiators are faulty and needs replacement. But the company blames everything except the radiators. Very unhappy with the purchase. The money that I have paid for the plumber is 4 times more than the initial assumption because all cubicouk do is try this try that. You can assume each try is costing money to me. They never suggest to replace the faulty radiator. Stay away from this company.

Just stay away from this company

Just stay away from this company and partner company's......Plum and Co on B&Q. Customer service is terrible and they wont even try and look into a refund for an item I have returned. This company has really upset me.

Shame about the finishing touches

Ordered a shower door from an independent company and it was a Cubico. The frame itself is solid and fairly easy to put together but the finishing parts are a nightmare. The small inner handle will not screw in level with the outside part so it’s either loose and level or tight and uneven on the inside. The shroud for the outside will not click on unless the brackets are completely in line so you need perfectly straight walls( I’m talking mm’s) which is unlikely in most houses. Had to silicone them in

Total Nightmare

Total nightmare. All I wanted was a couple of new silicone washers for the click clacks which came with the bathroom they supplied a couple of years back. At least 20 calls were made and despite them having the order details with all specs noted thereon, do you think they could supply the washers? 3 attempts over a 3 month period saw them send the wrong items time and time again. Unbelievable!!! Today I received a couple of new click clacks in their entirety, ALL THE WRONG SIZE!!!! I now give up. Do yourself a favour folks and find another supplier because this company and their after sales is a joke.

Absolute shambles of a company

The staff and delivery drivers couldn’t give a damn once they’ve received payment
No coordination between any staff
If this was my company I would send all of the staff on a months course on customer relations
Absolute shambles

Not fit for purpose

Head office is an absolute nightmare with no customer service skills at all. Poor installation instructions where you have to mount the enclosure in a ridiculous fashion in order for it to fit their shower tray. Clearly very ill-thought-out product.
My shower enclosure instructions have a measurement range of 1165-1185mm x 865-885mm. Enclosure was measured and drilled at 1185mm x 885mm. Enclosure did not meet the wall.
When I called Cubico UK, they literally shouted at me and then hung up for not having it installed using the 1165mm x 865mm measurement which would put the enclosure on the inside edge of the shower tray.
Local Easy Bathrooms branch was very helpful and even they had to have a barney with Cubico UK after waiting a week for a response from head office. Twice Cubico UK came back to them with "you've installed it wrong, just move it to the inside edge". No, I'm not losing space inside the shower because of poor instructions and a product that has clearly been bodged to fit in the showroom.
