Cannot fault Cubit PWS in every aspect of engagement - professional, punctual and extremely effective at communicating. We had to serve five party wall notices and these were sent out the same day as we instructed Cubit, with timely almost daily updates from Stacy via email on the progress and events with each neighbour. This was ever so helpful as I could talk to the relevant neighbours at each step and make sure everything was clear and we would arrive at a beneficial result - which ultimately has meant getting all of our Party Wall duties complete within a month (including two Awards). Thank you Mark and Stacy - I shall be recommending you without doubt to anyone who requires a surveyor!

Cubit Surveyors guided my elderly parents through a party wall survey with their new neighbours. Cubit provided good communication and explained the process clearly and patiently. They reassured my parents whenever they were anxious about the process and treated them with dignity, which I really appreciated. Cubit acted professionally, knowledgeably and all for a fair price.
