Cuddlecomfort utilizes a Freemium base strategy. On their website they offer Full communication, No barriers, and completely free. Because free features are a potent marketing tool, the model allows a new venture to scale up and attract a user base without expending resources on costly ad campaigns. This is also a deceptive practice and false advertising after using their site.
You have 2 ways to sign up: As a free enthusiast [no charging for providing cuddles ] or to become a Pro [charges are up to the Pro's discretion; going rate is $80-100 per hour-company takes 15% of your cuddling booking fee] . You have a high number of conversations allocated for Full
Communication if you are a pro. Naturally, they will not restrict communication for a pro because it's their profit margin at risk if they do.
Here is the deception, if you are a free enthusiast offering cuddles and seeking true connection, you will be restricted in your communication. Company advertises Full Communication but that is not the truth. No Full disclosure is listed anywhere on their website nor is it revealed to you upon sign up. You just arbitrarily receive a system note in your messages that state you have a certain number of conversations left. No information as to how many messages are originally allocated nor when this restriction to messages will be restored. If you ask for clarification on a forum post as to why the full communication is not available, you will be met with rude and attacking comments from the community there [how dare you be entitled to what you were promised, you should feel privileged just to be here because it's free type attitude and lower your expectations], moderators there will tell you the rule exists but they don't even know the recipe for the secret sauce; in other words they will not convey what the communication restriction limits are either.
If you as a free enthusiast are unable to fully communicate and respond, that means the other users seeking cuddling are only going to have 1 option, to turn to a pro and pay for a session. This is deception and the free enthusiast is used as a bait tactic to increase the number of users on the site. This company will always be about making money , so in order to prevent a free cuddler from building a clientele, they will restrict their communication and their profile viewing so that the pro always has the advantage.
These pros have not had a criminal background check and anyone can apply to be one without any experience, it is a risk. Good people are on the site, but if you want to cuddle you will almost always have to pay for it because of the undisclosed restrictions placed on free enthusiasts.
*I voluntarily deleted my account, was not banned. I never once violated any rules or offered anything sexual in my messages . I was not spamming people. Everything was strictly platonic, respectful.
My complaint is in regards to the undisclosed restrictions that limit/prevent Full Communication for free enthusiasts.

Ric communicated with me clear directions and was upfront about the type of cuddling he likes. He is both brains and handsome. Very respectful and kind.

Cuddle comfort has been a positive experience as long as you understand what the website is for, what they are trying to accomplish, and are willing to follow the rules. The majority of people I have met have been warm and friendly. It may take users some time to find someone to connect with so you must be patient but it is worth it if you are willing to put in some effort.

Cuddle comfort is a great way to make extra money. Not only that but a great way to get some much needed platonic connections. Its a stress relief and a savior. I couldn't have made it this year without them.

Hi there, hopefully this finds the right person on the team.

I’m a new pro cuddler user who accidentally made two accounts on the same day when I first signed up (this was purely a login mix-up when I forgot a password, not intentional), and only ever used one. The unused duplicate was closed, but my main account was also closed with a “duplicate account” notice.

I completely understand the rule about not having two accounts at once, but this was just an honest mistake. I submitted an appeal on November 21st and sent a follow-up email, but I haven’t heard back yet. I’d really appreciate someone checking on the status when they have a moment.

I’m happy to provide any verification needed, and would love to continue using the platform! My goal isn’t to complain, I’m just hoping someone can help me check on the status of my appeal.

Moderators of this platform primarily seem concerned with banning users, without conducting thorough investigations. Furthermore, once a first booking is made on the site, users are connected to share their contacts, placing moderators outside their control to oversee any subsequent interactions.

I have a profile on here and it’s been such a wonderful experience. People can book me so easily, and everything from nearby matches to booking ahead feels effortless. Even cancellations are smooth and stress-free. This app really thought of everything. It keeps the whole flow simple, supportive, and organized. Truly a five-star platform.

Cuddle Comfort is straight up trash. I just recently made an account and I've run into nothing but glitchy, buggy interface with the site. I literally just tried to log in and got hit with a message telling my that my account got closed because "they have reason to believe I do not have genuine intentions of booking with a professional on their platform". I thought pro booking was OPTIONAL? And the forums wouldn't even let me post for some reason. The site is just super buggy and honestly, not ready for widespread use.

I was on the platform for a couple of years and had a lot of great reviews without problems. Then someone I was not interested in cuddling with made a complaint I appealed and they initially blocked her from my page. She could not substantiate the accusation but then they notified me I was banned. When I asked what happened, they would not even consider my information, just her false claim.

Cuddle comfort is very good. They get back to me quickly when I contact them and are great at working with me unlike alot of other sites that are similar for different things. They seem to really care about the professionals aswell as the cuddlers looking to find a service. Im happy to work with them and for them and am excited to in the future. This opens so many doors for so many people and It's wonderful in so many ways. People really need this and im greatful im able to provide this for others.
