I like to wear t-shirts and apparel of my favourite bands. Cultneverdies is great source where I have been buying them.
I can echo the other one star review. These amateurs first promise shipping within 3-5 days which eventually became three weeks. On top of that they’re incapable of declaring goods correctly for customs, so I had to pay another 8,52 on top on an order that was 10,95 total!
Absolute amateurs, avoid at any and all cost
Dayal and cultneverdies never failed to exceed my expectations, when one company couldn't deliver some special edition vinyls, I got them from cult. I've been a customer for years and I can say only positive things ! thanks !
This is a company that is apparently based in London. They specialize in publishing niche metal based publications.
Their "store" is a basic Shopify, storefront. This is typically all well and good.
The problem with this company is that they fail to update their products on the online store.
This causes people like myself to trust that the expensive book I'm ordering, well in advance as a Christmas gift, is in fact IN STOCK.
You'll have to pay an extra $7 to get tracking too. After 8 days of hearing nothing and seeing no updates anywhere, I sent them an email.
Two days later they replied with this -
We're so glad YOU REACHED OUT TOO US. Your order wasn't registered correctly and didn't go through so now the book is out of stock. (funny that, since the money was taken from my bank account quickly)
Would you like a paperback copy instead? No. I would not.
I immediately requested a full refund.
13 days, 4 emails, 1 Facebook message, 1 Instagram message later, I still hear nothing.
So, I had to call my bank and have them do a charge back because this company gladly took my money the moment I bought it, but never had any intention of letting me know that they messed up and that I would never get the book.
This is why I normally don't deal with small time, low quality companies.
I want to support smaller companies, but if you can't physically stand infront of them then unfortunately, you should probably avoid doing business with them. Particularly avoid (cult never dies.)
They're trash.
