Midori MD Notebook in transitional size A5. Very minimalist indeed, the MD notebook is to all intents and purposes a block of paper. But the paper is top quality MD cotton paper and is ideal for use with fountain pens and ink. The notebook contains 100 plain sheets, which are bound together with stitching, so that the pages lie flat. There is a plain white cover and a fabric page marker. Designed particularly with sketching in mind.

Yes it’s luxurious soft and amazing paper. A joy to write on. But the regular Midori paper being so good, this one feels simply overpriced compared to the price of the standard notebook. Maybe I will change my mind when try it with different tools, like calligraphy brush or some pastels etc. I like it that it’s more white than standard Midori.
