I've been a Tikky user for many years but don't like the recent rubber-grip models. Time for an upgrade, and the 500 is a nice step up while still being very affordable. The lead indicator stays where it's put, the advance is smooth, the grip is pleasant, the weight is decent, and the clip is nice and not wobbly at all. I fear this is a stepping stone to the 600 though...
