The pouch is supple leather, secured with a simple flap, and will house writing instruments up to 150mm long.

Good enough, especially for the cost. It does feel slightly synthetic. Given this is for a £240 Sailor Pro Gear Slim i am surprised. As I say, perfectly fine but I use it for Jinhao 82 pens. If I had two Sailor PGS pens I'd want a fully leather sleeve.
