First Class
First class service from start to finish. Great company to deal with. Emails always dealt with quickly, staff always have been friendly and helpful. I did have trouble getting through on the phone, but it was peak holiday season, it however didn't effect my experience. Website is easy to use, everything is always sent well packed. This latest purchase was no different. Love the sweets and paperclip, always a nice touch when opening the package to get a nice surprise. Little details do count. Cult Pens come recommended. Keep up the good work.

Great pen and service
Ordering from the state-side can be daunting (all the tariffs and etc.) but cult pens made this process easy by building all fees into the final price. They shipped my pen well, and I received it a bit over a week, which was fantastic. I would recommend ordering from, it was a great experience.

I love buying from Cult Pens, my wallet loves it much less. I have bought several items from them over the last few years. They've been delivered in good quality, very quickly and excellent packaging to keep everything safe. The only downside is that they send out regular emails with new products and I keep being tempted by their extensive product lines. Overall, definitely a great company, and I love the little sweet treat in every package! <3

Arrives to Canada in good time and in good shape
I’m in Canada so the most important things are that the package comes in good shape and in good time. Both occurred. My new set of Polychromos arrived in good time and in good shape. You also get new things earlier than other places. I appreciate that a lot.
