Avoid buying from this dealer. They are crooks and abusive. Refused to refund me despite being in the 28 day change of mind policy. Very belittling. They only fix up cars long enough to last the cooling off period. They have been to court many, many times, and frequently lose, being forced to refund money. Don't take the risk.

Reply to the aggressive response: you have lost in court, I am in contact with people who won when up against you. The fact you have repeatedly been taken to court says a lot. Your arrogance will catch up with you and it will be your downfall. I am not lying about anything, I have no reason to. But you do. So you can't intimidate by using capital letters.

Bought a car last month. Cumbernauld Car Sales - honestly cannot fault them. They were so helpful and couldn’t do enough to answer all my questions. Would definitely go back and get my daughter’s car from here. Car is a dream to drive.

The best thing about this company is the sales pitch, watch out for the grey lines "if you not prepared to spend money based on the age or mileage of the car, then it's not for you". After sales is rubbish, they would not entertain your queries and start performing dumb as bumsen. The car I bought looked roadworthy 12months MOT (fake) and a good buy from my point of view as "non motor expert". In 2 weeks 1st problem starter motor. Then the DPF, oil mixing with coolant, then it would not pass first MOT after 5000 miles, with stuff that should have been picked up on the previous MOT, excuse was MOT is minimum standard, by the way the MOT centre say ls (Cumbernauld is not related to our garage). If you value your money and life DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Ask Cumbernauld if your independant garage could check the car out to see if they will allow.

My daughter bought a car from him, We have had lots of engine problems and it now needs a new ECU. We have also just found out the car was a write off. Apparently lots of the cars are write offs.DO NOT GO NEAR HIM!! and do not give them a deposit they will not return it.

Ive known this garage since 2018 and never had any issues with cars purchased .Bmw 3 59 plater with 130k Miles running sweet ,same as bwm 7 which ive had for 2 years .Folk need to remember these cars are second hhandand and its good to have a proper test drive prior sale to make sure you are happy with the car .Mot is a MINIMUM REQUIREMENT and does not mean car is perfect Just safe enough to be on the road

A very friendly and honest sales man with a great range of vehicles. I have had my car for over a week now and its been a pure pleasure to drive. I will definitely go back again and recommend this place to anyone to get a car with a piece of mind.

Bought my daughter her first car from Cumbernauld car sales , the salesman liam was very helpful in helping her decide the car best for her , the car was in immaculate condition and drives beautifully! A great first car for a brilliant price! Will be back when it’s time to change my current car!

Firstly, I rarely trust reviewers with 1 review history.

I bought a little car from Liam for my son. Liam was straight up and honest about the car being Cat N recorded, and previously damaged repaired.

This place will do the minimum to get Mot, so do your own due diligence. Take car for test drive and a thorough inspection.

The first thing I did after buying was paid for full service and fitted 2 new tyres. I am very happy with the car!

Luckily I've not had to use the very limited warranty they offer.

5 star service no hassle or issue highly recommend

Purchased a Volvo c30 in December 2022 and had no issues until last week when the clutch has failed .It was obviously out of warranty but Jack arranged for a discounted repair at one of the workshops they use .Can recommend this place to anybody looking for second hand good value car .

I was after some small , reliable car for my son ( just passed his test ) . Been shopping around and came accross this company website . What made me visit showroom and ultimatly buy a car was a proper advertisment ( with nice HPI check button which I found very usefull ) . Once on site I was greeted by a young gentlemen ( sorry forgot his name ) who offered to test drive cars my son was interested in and guided us thru all process . Well done !!!
