Accommodation, service, food, shore trips and ports of call were all magnificent on Queen Mary II.

Excellent service especially Queens Grill food.

Once onboard you are warmly welcomed and then when you finally remember your room number Ian’s which way your going it’s very very relaxing. Most to all passengers are very pleasant and you just unwind!

The QM2 is the last TRUE Ocean Liner. The ship IS the destination. Once on board the ship's crew make a nobody feel like somebody. A great gastronomical experience. Say no more!

After a disappointing experience on Queen Anne prior to Christmas the Grand Old Lady redeemed Cunard’s reputation on this short cruise to Norway.
Whilst Queen Mary 2 maybe showing her age in a few places she is still a beautiful ship and handles the seas with ease and grace.
Food, service, facilities all of the highest quality.
Still something special about a cruise on QM2 that is not experienced on other ships.
The like will probably never be built again.
Experience it while you can!

Worst customer service ever.

I have purchased an internet package. But because of sickness in the family, I was not able to go. But my cabin mate is going and I called Cunard about the wifi package and it was not a problem for my friend to use it, as we are in the same cabin.
Now 3 hours wasted phone calls, wait by my friend on the ship on customer service.. it is not possible..
One thing is the wasted internet package, that will be covered by the insurance. But why waste 3 hours of my time and my friend, this is his first cruise ever and I am sure it will be the last one with you.. I have never experieced such bad serivce by any cruise line and I cruise 10 weeks a year.

We had a wonderful experience on the Queen Mary 2 last week cruising through Norway. The ship is beautiful, elegant and truly grand, with a timeless sense of luxury throughout. Every member of staff was professional, attentive and exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome from start to finish. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back!

Just returned from QM2 7 day Norway. Wonderful cruise. Ship magnificent. The service around the entire ship was outstanding and is why I won’t consider sailing with any other cruise line. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the MDR as I’ve eaten in the Grills Resturants for many years, but I was delighted to experience a varied menu and the food was consistently very good. Probably one of the best meals I’ve had on Cunard was Nordlys in the Alternative Dining. Onboard highlight was listening to the Cocktail Pianist Craig Edwards every evening. Exceptional and gifted talent. An absolute star who had acquired a regular following. Overall a wonderful cruise. For me Queen Mary 2 is Cunard at its very best.

Excellent holiday, but watch out for the extra tipping they charge at the end, and the casino next to the lovely atrium on the QM2 spoilt the relaxing atmosphere

First time cruise enjoyed whole experience

Travelling on the Queen Mary 2 was an absolute joy. The ship is magnificent, and the staff exceptional, polite and efficient. The variety of opportunities aboard provides somehting for everyone in every way.

We have just returned from a Norwegian Fjords cruise on the QM2 and she didn’t disappoint. We had such a fab time, we were looked after, the staff were so lovely. Such a gorgeous ship ☺️

Fantastic first cruise to Norway … we could not find anything wrong with the Ship -Staff or the quality and selection of food available … The only dissatisfaction was with a trip to the Glacier in Skjolden which was sold as a Glacier and views trip which involved a coach trip for an hour to a visitor centre and at that point you could see a glacier 6 k away and looking in the visitor centre there was a road which could take you a lot closer to the Glacier than high was not available . So a $116 dollar trip per person on a coach for two hours was disappointing to say the least .

The ship, the food, and the entertainment were great, but above all else the service was what made my time aboard the QE2 better than I could have imagined.

This was my first cruise, and I found it very pleasurable with Cunard, the Queen Elizabeth was a great experience

Cunard cruise line are a respected, luxury-brand company offering top-shelf service and cruising experiences with old - world charm. Their dedicated crew and hospitality staff provide exceptional service , always with the biggest of smiles. After returning aboard from each shore excursion, Captain Martin Stapyles would say over the ship’s intercom, “ Welcome back….welcome home !”

We spent 6 weeks on Queen Elizabeth and couldn’t fault a thing. Everything was absolutely fantastic.

The QM2 is not the newest ship in the fleet, but she is definitely understated elegance. The crew and staff are extremely proud of their ship and do everything they can to make passengers feel at home. Sailing Cunard will definitely spoil you for sailing with any other cruise line.

We have just returned from a two week holiday on The Elegant Queen Victoria.
The itinerary was outstanding, with an overnight in Istanbul. Captain Martyn Sharples and his crew were exceptional. We were made to feel special and valued by everyone. The food was excellent and the entertainment very good. A special mention for the Queen’s Court Theatre cast who performed ‘Come From Away’, which was simply amazing.
Another special mention to Enrico, the Maitre D’ in the Main Dining Room, who helped make our cruise very memorable.
