Listen folks I ordered 7 Packages for a total of $239.00 back on October you guessed it they got my money with NOTHING I keep getting promises and nothing Don’t buy anything from these folks I paid the $4.00 For insurance. And still nothing I can’t get a refund no product nothing . Be very careful on the scam concerning cupids . If I got my product I would delete review but I doubt that gonna happen .

I joined this site with a 3-month subscription. But when I tried to communicate with other users I was taken to a page asking for a higher priced subscription. Also I found that I could not filter responses. They changed my location and I could not correct it.

Over the last year, changes to the search features of Cupid Media have ruined the usability of the website.
It's very sad, it used to be a good dating site in comparison to others. Whenever I message the company to ask why these changes have been made, I get no meaningful answers. I think they're just trying to simplify the design and coding across all platforms to make it easier for themselves.

I found too many women on the site were only interested in the money you could provide them.
I only asked for Indonesian women but I got likes from all over the World, especially USA, they looked fake and sounded as though AI was doing the messages, as they all sounded the same and the layout and structure looked the same. Many fake messages call you "handsome" straight away! One said she liked my smile, and at the time, I had no smile in my profile. This time I find Cupid a waste of time,6 to 8 years ago they were more honest

Avoid this site, I joined this site and within a few days found duplicate profiles, I reported the profiles but nothing been done, no answer or reply to my emails. I received 100s yes 100s of likes and messages but as the saying goes if it seems to good to be true, most profiles want to get you on to what’s app where they will tell you they invest in e-commerce or crypto currency, there are genuine profiles on the site but be very careful. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Signed up as a woman but on profile it appeared as if I am a male. Tried to change it but I can't as they haven't verified 2 documents I submitted. I have paid my monthly subscription. Not good for a supposedly a christian site. Appears as a scam.

I joined this app on 24th july. At the time my profile saved as male(i am female). I immediately added my verification documents and had a message to say it would shortly be reviewed and updated. 12 days later i am still waiting.

I am showing up as a male and getting nothing but messages from females. I have paid for a service i am unable to use sufficently. No answer from admin at all. Reporting today.

This is a total scam dating site. The profiles are fake, or at the most payed to trig you. and if you start with a 3 day trial, the money flyes out of your money account. 150euro whitdrawn from my account within a week until i had to block my creditcard. Tryed to send messages but nothing happened. Stay away!

It's a total scam 😡 The credits go really fast and if you ask them to change platform they don't. Just want your money. If you can afford and don't expect anything, fine! But if you are really looking for someone genuine this is not it!

Product was never delivered. They never gave me a refund. Do not fall for their product as I did. They are sincerely a scam.

So i payed for a month But i didnt Even Get the uppgrade and i was still locked behind the uppgrade plan. Still waiting for reply and unsure if i will ever Get uppgrade or money back

all about asking monney , nothing positive , looks like scam , you cannot do anything without taking a payment plan

I asked to remove immediately my account but there are other connected dating site you sign in and you can’t know and they continue to ask for money every month….

Here's my experience.
Wake up lonely 5:30AM on a Thursday, go on an create an account. Get prompted for upgrade almost immediately. No thanks.
Look around for profiles find a beautiful girl, within my prefered age, within 5 miles. Reasonable but okay. Click like. Instant match. (Red flag #1 #2 and #3).
Go to message, send her one, receive one back immediately (Red flag #4), oh but you can't see it unless you're on the payment plan (Red flag #5)
Go to delete my account immediately. Prompts me to upgrade not once, but twice, and asks you to deactivate instead of delete multiple times. Finally finish the process, not sure if the account is scheduled for deletion at all... avoid it like the plague.

There are three Sites Cupid, Maturedating, Dating chemistry, that automatically debit bank accounts; to cancel, very complicated. It is much more complicated to remove the account. Be very careful with these sites, you enter a site and start redirecting to other sites, which have direct debits to your account, and it is very difficult to remove your account, and they created it on other sites. Be very careful!!!

I went on site THEY charged me 120 bottle. When I finished ordering I realized WHAT a RIPOFF it was. I immediately contacted them. They sent me an email saying that they would cancel my order. The next day they charged my credit card TWICE. WITH OUT MY PERMISSION.
