sadly the same experience as a lot of people below. great service for a long time, but recently no bacon and no response to queries. Also I see the website is no longer opening.

this used to be a great company, but for the last few months they've take money and delivered no bacon. I've emailed and called and get no response. I will be contacting my bank

Haven't received a delivery for months. Checked my bank account and they are continuing to take money - have now contacted the bank as you're not allowed to remove your card off their site!
Emails go unanswered and their phone number doesn't work yet the website is still operational allowing you to order if you didn't know better!

Fraudulent. I've not received a bacon order for 2 months. Emailed numerous times. no reply. Won't let me remove my bank card details so will continue to steal. Have notified my bank. AVOID.

Until about a month ago everything was fine. However, the order due at the beginning of the month didn’t appear and all the emails that arrive are clearly part of their automated system. I’m not particularly worried as my card has expired so their systems won’t be able to take any more money.

Used to be exceptional, but recently no reply to any communication at all. Have taken money but no delivery and can't speak to anyone as phone number out of service and no reply to any platform.
Companies House states "First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off" dated May 31st 2022 so maybe if you were thinking of signing up don't do it just yet!

This was a good produce and good service at first, but while subscription fees go up on a strict schedule, it's hit and miss whether bacon ever arrives.

Very poor company now, the bacon and customer care used to be fab but has rapidly gone down hill. Communication is rubbish, you have to chase for your order, they will then blame a system error or a computer error but still you will have to chase to get your order. Avoid unless you want to do all the chasing and not receive your bacon for weeks!!!

Had a subscription that was chugging along no problem, my card expired and the website won’t let me delete the old one so no more bacon for me, tried several times to contact them, no response. Not to worry, I’m sure another company will be more than happy to take my money.

Paid for the subscription (money left my bank), no email confirmation, my account in the website says no confirmation. Absolute scam and will be contacting the financial onbudsman.

I paid online for a pack of bacon. The money has been taken but nothing sent. After contacting them, I was told that the order didn't carry through. The bacon I wanted is not available so I asked for a different one. Still nothing sent and now they are not answering emails or messages. Not much of a choice but to leave honest feedback. I didn't expect them to be so terrible at keeping in contact with their customers and they don't answer their phone so I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had a monthly subscription for over four years. I wanted to speak to someone about adding to my subscription but had a few queries also. Their phone line wasn’t working so I emailed instead. I had to chase and chase to get a response. Eventually they replied and asked for my number so they could call me. I had already given my number in a previous email. I’m still waiting for a phone call nine days later. I’ve sent emails chasing a call and then just accepted that they’re not going to call so I put my questions in an email. Guess what? NOTHING! They obviously don’t want my custom so instead of adding to my subscription I have cancelled the lot instead. Really shoddy customer service. Shame!

Some of the bacon is great, but I had to contact them twice because I was supposed to get a variety, and I would go weeks getting only "pancetta style" with we don't like, it's the worst they have! They always blamed it on "the system must have gotten stuck in that type for you." Also, delivery is inconsistent. Cancelled plan twice, won't subscribe againm

Subscription was a gift, which started well with a mixture of types of bacon over the first few months.

But four of the last five packages (including the last three in a row) have been the same type - their 'pancetta style' bacon, which is an utterly awful overly spiced creation with an overwhelming and unwelcome taste of clove.

Gift subscription has now finished and won't be renewed.

Fantastic product; excellent quality. This is how bacon should be! Along with brilliant customer service you really should give them a try. If the American Smoked is in stock - GRAB IT FAST!

Excellent bacon, full of flavour and not full of water! I tried the pancetta style, which was absolutely delicious. Can thoroughly recommend. 😊

Top bacon - worth paying for this than the rubbish they're pushing in supermarkets

The way bacon should taste, decent thickness in slice, no water when cooking, and full of flavour, simply delicious!

We had our first packs delivered last week, they arrived well packed and on time, fantastic flavour and texture, I am looking forward to their new range of meats to try, I wish I had found this company earlier.
