Excellent friendly service who couldn’t be more helpful. Sent photos of the items I was interested in and then kept them until I was available to take delivery. Although the courier let them down due to breakdown I was kept informed what was happening ( out of shop hours, which was really impressive). On delivery one of the chairs had a small defect but Curiosity offered to replace or give a part refund to rectify. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I definitely will be using this site again without hesitation.

Excellent service from Curiosity Interiors.Product arrived within two days. The cover of the foot stool is as expected but the content is just soft bean bag filling so the stool does not keep its shape. Disappointing considering the price.

A brilliant experience dealing with Curiosity Interiors. Two stunning leather wing back chairs, despatched quickly, delivered beautifully, wrapped carefully - and at a very competitive price. Great communication and a friendly manner. Can't recommend them enough - will definitely use again.

Curiosity Interiors we’re very helpful and have supplied us with a wonderful set of chairs. We were a little apprehensive to start not being able to see the chairs directly but we wanted a good quality well made set as previous chairs bought from more mainstream retailers simply are not made to last. The chairs arrived earlier than expected and they are a lovely set and look amazing in our dining room. The quality is impressive and we would recommend them to anyone.

Several pluses, a couple of minuses but overall positives. When the order was placed it didn’t initially take into account the sale discount but having said that, it was done when the owner was away.
There was excellent communication about personalisation of the product and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the product.
When it was delivered the delivery blokes were very helpful and polite and their communication about delivery times was very good.
The product itself was a solid, lovely piece. There were a couple of issues with the finishing of it which I think is probably more of a manufacturing lack of quality control at the end. When this was raised though the communication was swift and an effective resolution was swiftly achieved.
Overall, not problem free but no complaints as the issues were dealt with effectively and the piece of furniture is lovely.
