Great personal service. i contacted Joe on Facebook to get some clarity on shipping times, the response was fast. when i placed my order, i was contacted again on Facebook just to make sure the shipping date was correct. the product arrived on time, and even with a personal thank you card. the small personal touch of a signed thank you card was just super. keep up the great work guys you rock!

Original post: The site makes it difficult to tell which kind of brake pads are compatible, and I ended up with the wrong ones. An email to the merchant, asking about a return, went unanswered. Previous purchases here were generally good.

My order isn't new, it's from over a year ago actually. The rear guard for M365 is still going strong, even after tire replacements, hasn't shown any signs of snapping, the order completed in about a week, very quick considering the I live in Greece. Would order again if I need anything!
