A wide range of delicious teas & fantastic service. 10/10

I joined the Discovery subscription for monthly teas - strongly recommended for anyone interested in branching out and trying different teas. Everything is extremely high quality and many teas can't be found even in specialist tea shops. I've sampled teas from Colombia, Korea, Vietnam, places that I didn't even know produced tea. Looking forward to trying more!

If I were to describe it in a single word, it would undoubtedly be 𝐸𝑋𝐶𝐸𝑃𝑇𝐼𝑂𝑁𝐴𝐿!
The excellence of this establishment is reflected in the outstanding selection, superior quality, deep expertise, and remarkable courtesy.
The teas were delivered promptly (I live in Italy) and arrived in impeccable packaging. I particularly appreciated the meticulous attention to detail: each package clearly indicated the tea’s origin, harvest date, and precise brewing instructions (notably, the inclusion of the harvest date for every tea is, in itself, a clear testament to the seriousness and professionalism of Curious Tea)
I was also most grateful for the complimentary tasting samples, which were a very welcome and thoughtful gesture.
From this point forward, Curious Tea will undoubtedly be my reference shop for purchasing fine teas!

CuriousTea is an absolutely wonderful company. I have been ordering tea, which is always outstanding, for them for over two years. They are just great. Friendly. Trustworthy. I even bought an admittedly slightly pricey teapot from them, and was a bit worried the quality wouldn't be worth it, but it's really, really well made. Very good quality tea. Very good quality teapot. Nothing bad to say. I have recommended them to several friends.

Replacement order was sent when the order was sent to my old address which was entirely my fault not Courious Tea. 10/10 for customer service.

Wonderful tea shop, and the best I have ever found in the UK. Amazing selection of different teas, beautifully/lovingly packaged, and you can tell that there is genuine care and passion about tea and the people behind it. I no longer order from anywhere else.

My first order. An excellent, broad but well-curated range of tea; I believe I know Chinese tea well and the half-dozen teas I purchased are superb and very fairly priced.
The delivery was dispatched same-day and came surprisingly quickly. I did not expect to have an 'unboxing' experience with tea, but it was packaged wonderfully (with a seal script sticker of the brand, nice touch) and with a very nice note, and they included a sample of tea that complemented the teas that I had purchased very well, which felt deliberate.
A very curated experience, I will be shopping again!
Drinking a tremendous amount of tea, I just wish they offered some teas in larger pouch sizes.

The tea is delicious, packaged very well with clear brewing instructions, and the choice is vast. I especially enjoy the detailed explanation and information available on tea origins, farmers, flavour profiles… For example, I didn’t know anything about tea from Korea, but looking through the website got me very interested to try some. I received my order very quickly and I was very happy to also get a few samples of other teas! I’m now hooked and will definitely be ordering again soon as I’m very curious about trying new teas already!

Excellent teas and fantastic customer service! I had trouble with Royal Mail delivering my order, but they managed to sort everything out. Highly recommend!

Seems like a good tea shop. I am always on the lookout for a decent puerh tea, which usually turns into disappointment. So far, I have tried most of the puerh from this shop and I am very satisfied with the selection. The fast ship is a bonus.

I have been using Curious Tea regularly for about a year now.

They are essentially a go to source for quality tea at a good price to me.

The range of available tea is large with plenty to interest veteran tea drinkers to novices and everyone in between.

Typically orders are delivered 2-3 days later with a hand written note and free samples to expand your knowledge and experience.

I have never had any difficulty with dozens of orders placed to date.

The two areas I think would be helpful for them to work on are:

1) Including Gong Fu brewing style instructions 2) Improving the functionality of leaving a review for particular teas.

I like to leave a review when struck by a particular tea to help the website and customers, but the process currently quite clunky and probably discourages many.

Often I have to wait until someone else has left a review before I can also do this which I wish wasn’t the case.

I can offer my strong recommendation to Curious Tea as a source of great loose leaf tea in the UK.

Brilliant company with wonderful teas. Shipping cost and time are always great, plus the free sample is super appreciated and enables me to try more teas. They are my 'go-to' tea importer to buy from in the UK. The one thing I'd change is for them to include the gongfu brewing instructions on the packs, not just the western brewing instructions. Oh and if they sold more gongfu teaware that'd be amazing, too!

I have had over 30 different types of tea from them over a few years. Most excellent. Until I got one that did not taste as described. It was bland. Attempting to brew longer and more leaves just made it bitter before it developed flavour. I used the contact email on the website to contact them, and they ignored me. The bad tea was: "Da Xue Shan Gu Shu Sheng Pu-erh". I have had other pu-erh from them that have been good.

I'm pleased to have finally found a tea shop that provides excellent Japanese tea.

Great selection, goods are very well described including grade, country/province/place of origin and time of the harvest.

Order arrived very quickly and was well packaged, Scott has also included a free 10g sample of Yin Zhen Guangxi Silver Needle white tea along with a personal thank you note.

After catastrophically bad recent experience with certain high street retailer of Chelsea, I had to look elsewhere for premium tea supply and I am very happy that I did, will definitely order again.

A pleasure in every way to order from them: great tea, informative descriptions of their teas, fast shipping (!)

Simply put, everything is absolutely first rate.
