Hair came fast and is very thick

I agree with all the other 1 star ratings for this company. I got feedback from them during the time I waited for my order, but as soon as I wanted to return it... They have completely ghosted me!

Ordered on the 16th October, has not been dispatched as yet.
Sent emails requesting update and they have not responded.
Do not purchase.

It took forever to arrive and when I got it it didn’t even work. Only grabbed 3 hairs and that’s it. It’s a scam!!!! It had some scratches on it and the packaging was beat up. I have emailed them multiple times and called but their phone number doesn’t work and they never answer. I paid $60.00 and can’t even get my money back. Don’t even put your card number down it’s not worth it.

I bought the Curly and loved it at first. the round brush attachment broke off the first week. I asked for a replacement and they never sent it.
I used it for a few weeks and then it started smoking. It smelled like burning plastic. Garbage, don't waste your money!

I ordered mine and got one that does not work. The curlers don't wrap the hair. Cheap plastic. I emailed customer service and they said that since it was on sale I can't ger a refund. When I asked for a replacement, they gave me 10% of my money back. It is a scam!

Purchased this product in Jan 2022. Finally received the product mid March. Used it a couple of times and the base broke. Burning smell and horrible sound. Contacted the company and asked how to resolve it and they said to place an order with a discount code. Did this back in April. Have not heard back from them nor have a received a replacement. Waste of money.

Awful product. Cheap and nasty shipped from china. Mine took around 6 weeks to arrive and cannot be used as it smells of burning. They refuse to refund instead offer a replacement. Bearing in mind I paid over £70 for a cheap piece of tat!

If I could give zero stars that’d be it. Listen to the reviews people…scam is indeed the only word that describes the company. Simple as that. They wont refund anything thats on sale, so be extra aware of that. The product is flimsy and two of the attachments wont even hold /attach to the blower.

This is a scam do not buy from them!!! I purchased this in March and still haven’t received my order
I have emailed them numerous times asking where is my order
And they keep replying we’re looking into it. I have asked for refund and no reply

Don't waste your money!! A month and a few emails later and I still haven't even received the item......SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

Awful product waited 35 days to receive even though there return policy is 10 days no packaging beyond a plastic bag product arrived damaged all.plastic parts are scratched the comb feels like a garden rake and its a knock off of a knock off this product is a scam DO NOT BUY

Mirroring what everyone else wrote. absolute scam of a company. Their returns are to a fake address. Their customer service is a joke.

Bought one which can straight from china and with no label - clearly a dropshipping business since I found the same product on aliexpress for less than 50% the price. Requested a return, sent it to the US more than 1 month ago to what seems like a residential address, they say they haven’t received the goods, the carrier says there is no curly in the address - still trying to get my money back (or at least the device).

This is a scam !!!

Mine came. its so cheap and badly made head pieces do not fit and when forced into place they break the box came damaged and pieces missing when i used it on my hair brush broke and got caught up in hair it also over heated and hasnt turned back on. When asked for a refund they want videos which is impossible by email so they make it difficult and now they are saying my video isn't showing any problem even tho i send a picture and video of broken heads its a joke they rob people!!

Disgraceful company scammers fake products broken and blocked me on Instagram illegally using Dyson adverts report these scumbags

Got one broken out of the package and never received the second. I’ve sent several email and when i call the number off my bank statement its constantly busy!!! I spent $70 for nothing to show for!!! Do not buy from this company! I’ll be reporting to the better business bureau as well!!!

This is a scam. Product arrived and was complete junk. Fell apart the first time my daughter used it. Quality is awful!

SCAAAAAM!!! Would definitely avoid this! Mine got broken after 1st use!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I tried to cancel my order before it shipped as per their website and they refused then quickly printed a shipping label after I asked again so that they can claim it’s already shipped.

Submitted a chargeback to my bank as it’s obvious this product is not fit for purpose and a waste of money from a scam company
