Ahhhhh I love curlyme hair. The quality of my wig 😍? omg it is mind blowing! This was my first time owning a frontal wig and I don't regret it because it is so EASY to install and also easy to manage. Curlyme definitely has my heart. Shipping it to South Africa was not that much of a hassle. My customs were not high and it came just in time.

I ordered a wig from CurlyMe that looked nothing like the photos advertised. The texture, density, and overall appearance were completely different from what was shown online.
When I contacted customer service, instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a straightforward refund, I was repeatedly gaslit and told to “try different styling methods” and that maybe I would like it more. I made it clear immediately that I did not like the wig and wanted a refund.
I was then told I could return it, but the company tried to intimidate me with contradictory statements saying that if the wig was “worn” or bleached or whatever else rules that they came up with...then I might not qualify for a refund. A company cannot legally keep both the item and the customer’s money. They gave me the address anyways and I returned the wig
(was forced to pay nearly $20 out of pocket for return shipping, which is unreasonable considering the product was misrepresented).
After CurlyMe received the return, they stalled and avoided issuing my refund. I repeatedly warned them that I would file a dispute with my bank if the refund was not processed. They ignored this and I followed through.
My bank refunded me, not CurlyMe.
One final note: many of the positive reviews you see are incentivized. I have direct messages offering compensation in exchange for 5-star Trustpilot reviews, which makes the review score extremely misleading.
I do not recommend this company. If you value honest advertising and professional customer service, shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately my experience with Curly Me has been unpleasant. First wig in May was almost bald in the front by August, when I reached out to them, the offered me a discount only if I purchased another wig. The discount they gave me happened to be the same general discount that was on their website, so I wasn’t being offered any special extra discount. I purchased the 2nd wig in 24” and they promised to send me a 26” which they did. I have had the wig for 2 wigs and had it on 5 different times, it is unusable. It tangles, matting really bad, and sheds a lot, and these are defects that is only apparent after using the hair. I am not new to wigs, I have been wearing them for 15 years and I know how to take care of them. Two week old wigs don’t do that, I have wigs from 4 years ago that look better than this one. They refuse to give me a refund, insisting I exchange it for another wig. I don’t want any more wigs from you, just my money back. SO BEWARE, there are other wig sellers out there with better quality hair and even better customer service.

It was delivered just in time it was everything expected wear n go easy to installed now I know why you and only you can do this however I went to an hairdresser and she started sewing the wig after I explained I'm couldn't wait to get home and simply do it myself however it's here and have to follow the how guides and videos which look so easy to do yourself overall

I’ve been buying wigs from CurlyMe for a while now, and they never disappoint, the hair quality is always on point. My most recent order took a little longer than usual because of the Black Friday rush, which was frustrating at first. But when I reached out to their customer service, they responded quickly and assured me my package was on the way. It arrived just like they promised.

The hair arrived and looked NOTHING like the one advertised. I contacted the company and returned the item using Royal Mail tracking (signed for). Surprise, surprise they are claiming they do not have it despite the fact that Royal Mail tracking states otherwise!!!
