This was the first time I had used Currencies Direct so I was a bit apprehensive.
My Account Manager was Megan Lee. She was great throughout the whole process, guiding me through what I needed to from setting up the account to transferring the funds.
Payment came through within half an hour.

Sheldon was extremely helpful and solved our issue. He also resolved our problem with accessing the app. He explained to us how to get our funds transferred when needed how long it would take and who to contact. He then followed up with us today to make sure the app was still working.

The personal service is excellent and it was wonderful to be able to speak directly with the people actually performing the transfer. Very helpful, prompt payments

Freddie Vyvyan the accounts manager was excellent. We needed a bit of hand holding to help us through an unfamiliar process. At certain point we needed advice and technical assistance, Freddie was easily contactable and there to help. Also on other occasions contacting the appropriate person to assist us.
All in all a very good experience.
