I used CD when working and living abroad - efficient service each month for over 5 years.

I now use CD for spot deals and today was helped by the the extremely helpful and efficient Vishnu Jayakrishnan - he knows his SWIFT from his IBANS. Thank you very much.

Transferring Euro into our sterling account was easy. Everyone we dealt with was polite and courteous and made all transactions simple

This was a new experience for me using Currencies Direct and I required guidance to achieve the payment of funds to Canada via the online site.
Megan Lee was very attentive and patiently guided me through the transaction and readily made herself available for any queries. In the end the transaction was completed promptly and smoothly.

I dealt with Jamie Hackett at Currencies Direct to organise a large six figure Euros payment from a GBP conversion. The service provided by Jamie was excellent. A competitive rate was provided and the transfer expedited the same day. The transaction was linked to an investment and I had miscalculated the payment by three cents. Jamie helped organise a swift nominal top up payment to ensure I met the lawyer requirements for the investment. Jamie went above and beyond to assist against the clock.Thoroughly recommend!

At first when Jamie from Currencies Direct called me I felt it was a bit much, a bit 'forward', but the kind, friendly, totally non-pushy conversation we had actually totally put my mind at rest and allowed me to answer questions I didn't know I had. He was available throughout the money transfer which felt more secure than any other service I have used. Highly recommended.

Needed Megan to advise me on a couple of things. She was very helpful. Whole process was straight forward with appropriate warnings on how to avoid fraud. Now I have done this once, it will be even easier....

CD service is absolutely superb. App works well & being able to talk to a human being to quickly resolve anything not covered in the app so welcome.
