A lovely selection of curries in a friendly, interesting location. The customer service really stood out: the staff were very attentive, generous, and considerate. My family and I are looking forward to going back and trying more dishes from their menu.
Disgusting cold delivery food costing 30 £ for 2 made me ill avoid this con like the plague.
Mothers day so wifey does nothing all day. I order an Indian for delivery and at 6pm I was told it would be 1 hour. I get it's busy so at 7.50pm I phone back and am told the delivery has gone out... At 8.20pm I phone back again and am told they have a new driver who doesn't know our address..... so I ask for our money back and complain about the service received at which point they hung up..... I phone back at 8.30 and they stay silent and say nothing..... At 8.44 pm they phone us and say that we will have our dinner in 20 minutes and that they would give us some "freebies" as compensation for our delay!!!! So they turn up at 9.05 with our meal which cost over £50.00 and a complimentary bottle of cobra (3 for £5.00 in tescos) so probably £1.00 a bottle to them and a few poppadoms ( £pennies) which if we had wanted any we would have ordered some..... utterly useless customer service totally negating the quality of the food when finally delivered
That's a probable real loss of a grand a year in turnover to their business.
