Delivery Guys were Brilliant. Took my Old Washing Machine out, New One Out in Minutes. Service was 10/10 Thanks to Dale and Simon.

Store gave us discounts, employees were very helpful and friendly

The person that served us was great, knowledgeable about the product and process, sorted out delivery and old product removal and took payment after describing the aftercare options. The only problem was the wait for someone to be available to serve us and other customers also waiting in the refrigerator section. Maybe employing more staff would be beneficial.

Prompt service .. customer service was also great - TV carried to the car which was helpful and staff member was polite , friendly and knowledgable

Jack made our visit to curry’s first class, he was patient, helpful, friendly & where he was unsure of the answer to our questions rather than filibustering, he went and found the answer. A thoroughly helpful young man.

I was going to purchase my item online. However I was at a store near Currys Blackpool so thought I'd pop in and place the order in store, to make life easy!!!
Easy NO! I asked a female staff member if I could order a coffee machine. She certainly gave me the impression she didn't want to get involved, and said I'll find someone. Eventually another assistant arrived and just said what are you wanting? I want to order a coffee machine I said. Which one was the reply. A Sage Bambino Plus I replied. Well that will have to be ordered he said. Yes I know. With a bit of a huff and puff he picked up his tablet and started poking at it. What was it he said? A Sage espresso machine I said. He then got another assistant involved, and after a lengthy amount of muttering between themselves I finally got a "come to the till". After further poking at his pad and a screen on the terminal he managed to change me the wrong price!! In frustration I'd swiped my card and only then noticed I had been overcharged! I pointed it out and asked for a credit back to my card. Can't do that was the reply, you'll have to request it when you pick up your order he said.
I truly got the feeling that by ordering in store, I was nothing but a nuisance, all the staff involved were totally disinterested and gave me the feeling they couldn't care less!!!
On the plus side however my item arrived on the predicted day and I was looked after by a helpful staff member called Andy who also processed my refund. It did seem to take an age to process the refund though, (lots more poking at screens), but all achieved in the end.

Obviously I have made several purchases at Currys over the years, usually I would give 3 or 4 stars. On this occasion I can only award 2, and that's only because of Andy showing a bit of sympathy on collection. Otherwise it would only be 1 star!

A good selection of appliances so you can actually open say ,the oven door and see the difference of manufacturers . The sales person who took our order was extremely helpful even though we had a few gift cards that were going towards the payment making it a little complicated . We came away very happy. Would go back if I needed anything else .

Couldn't be simpler, bought online (cheapest available), delivered to store and picked up the next day. Very smooth operation. Staff very polite and courteous.

Generally an excellent experience spoiled by the poor attitude of the salesperson who seemed generally disinterested and just wanted to get the paperwork filled in.
I have to applaud the delivery guys who were excellent and we are very satisfied with the product we purchased.

Was offered assistance on entering the store and given an explanation of the different types of printers. After that it was easy to decide what we needed. Very helpful assistant.

From Currys operator 28 Gianluca and the purchase of the Hoover washing machine to the delivery and installation team Lee and Brett good teamwork very efficient quiet and polite ,took all the packadging and old machine away with them.Lee tried the washing machine before they left and it was working.

My experience was nice the staff that to care of me was nice and hard working and although my English is not perfect he gave the time to speak and didn’t interrupt me and this is one of the things that I was happy about

Men who arrived with my cooker and hob was very professional carried out the work , cleaned up took both items to recycle and rubbish was taken. Both well mannered. Explained how they worked well pleased.

Bought a washing machine, 30 mins before end of day. Staff were helpful, applied discount after price matching on phone in the shop, ensured ready to take away same day.
