Laptop great, sadly salesperson advised us wrongly we would need a charger as supposedly not one supplied with the laptop. Partial waste of money and incorrect advise, luckily can use the charger for other things.

Professional set up, on time and installed without problem. Staff very helpful.

The service was very good. I needed help with the choice of laptop. Bo was very helpful and knowledgable. He paid attention to what I needed the computer to do and also my budget..
Choice was varied and some technical aspects were explained.
I opted for a complete 1 - 1 set up a few days later which was very helpful.
Having a bundle for security and office 365 made everything very easy. I feel after care will also be good should I need further support in the future.

Very good service from ordering the product to collection the following day.

Delivery was within the time slot given. There was one small glitch with the down load from old phone to new one buta15 minute trip to Burton and 5 minutes watching the Tec Team in action it was put right(very clever team). All is well.

Dealt with straight away by a member of staff(female), who understood what we wanted and organised viewing and purchase of product without any bother. She even advised us on a different matter.

Two very pleasant and helpful gentlemen delivered my dryer, removed the old one and carefully connected the new one. They took then rubbish away with them.

From the moment we entered the store we felt comfortable to browse the store without any pressure. We was asked if we needed any assistance and told if we needed any help they would be available. After deciding what we wanted our assistant processed the sale asking about extra warranty. He was very thorough with my dads details. Very quick and helpful

What an awful experience partner stood at customer service nobody approached her, no staff on tills, nobody around to ask for help.

The staff need some serious training regarding customer service, So very rude and unhelpful my heavily pregnant partner went to collect on my behalf whilst I was at work and was refused any help to lifting a heavy item to her car so had to get her 70 year old mother to carry it for her instead.

Purchasing onlone is quick and easy. The staff in the shop were friendly and efficient with processing my collection.

I orded and paid for a combi microwave and air fryer, sait it would be in the shop on the 11 th to pick up , rang in the morning of the 11 th got some one who I couldn't understand ,so went down to the shop , they said there was nothing for me to pick up as it was out of stock , they said there policy is to let people order and when they run out of the product the people who are left without there goods get there money back , between 5 to 7 days. This isn't good enough, they shouldn't take money if they haven't the product. I find it disgusting policy.so now I'm hundreds of pounds down and have to wait to order from somewhere else when my money is returned, as I saved up for months for it.
