Matthew was excellent, non pushy, listened, asked what I needed, offered me the 15%discount voucher on the laptop, which ultimately swayed my decision. He then took me through the Flexi pay options seemlessly. A true asses to the Exeter branch.

Went in not wanting to buy a new laptop but with slight pressure from my wife and great information and insight from the curry’s sales assistant I bought a new laptop. Happy days.

Because I am profoundly deaf, the salesperson spoke slowly and clearly, while face to face with me . He was very good at explaining things to me and it made my shopping experience good

Friendly helpful staff who explained how a Dyson battery power floor cleaner works.
One member of staff went to collect the Dyson while another staff member did the financial transaction.

Needed a new vacuum cleaner and Currys was the logical place to go (the last one we bought there lasted 12-years, which we thought was pretty good!). So many choices and varieties but Tom was on hand to give us expert advice and was very knowledgeable. Thanks to him we decided on a new Dyson, which was at a good price and had all the attachments we needed. Many thanks.

Absolutely shocking got a cooker from curry's first 1 was damaged in transport so was returned took a week for the second to turn up to only find out the fan does not work in it so not usable and as for the customer service took almost 4 hours to speak to a human not a bot to get fobbed off

I've never seen such a faff, about something so simple. I didnt receive the email detailing the fact that I had to bring photo ID for collection, until I got to the store. I was told 'the information was all in the email that you didnt get"

Our old fridge freezer had finally bitten the dust, so a bit of research to find out what to replace it with. We looked at a couple of sites, but Curry’s website is so straightforward and easy. Their price pledge means I’m comfortable that they are competitive and they do have great customer service. Delivery guys were fantastic and really careful carrying appliances and putting them in position. I always check Curry’s if I’m buying electrical goods or appliances

Product was not stocked and would be shipped directly from Russell Hobbs using a third party delivery service. New staff ar Cureys very friendly and helpful although unless they have been there for a while, dont expect them to know about direct deliveries. Also they cannot process orders from system for unstocked direct delivery products. They can only process them using hand held pads but they have their limitations. A bit slow as some of their system is archaic and you would expect them as a tech company to evolve their own internal system but no. Overall decent experience.

The young man who helped us was knowledgeable and was able to find another similar machine as the one we had been looking was not available.

I was given a good discount, what else can make a customer happier. But, I am particularly grateful to Gouri, who explained everything well, gave us a few options and allowed us plenty of time to decide on the purchase. I did not feel pressurised.
