I don't know if curry's were under staffed or the person serving us was trying to capitalise on other customers. Consistently leaving us to deal with someone else, then coming back to us. I was on the verge of walking out.

Not been to my local Curry's since it was called PC World. The service was good and staff was friendly.

Dismissive assistant and expensive delivery fees.

My tv was delivered with a broken screen the staff at Curry’s at Elk Mill were amazing, and today we collected our new tv. Great service from start to finish.

your passing employee reacted immediately to our request to buy the television of our choice. As there were none there other than the display model, she knew at once where to get it, outside of the warehouse, returning in a few minutes with the t.v.. She then rapidly dealt with our payment. She was wonderful in the personal attention she paid to our needs, and made us feel special.

My item was discounted by £30, ordered online was ready to collect within an hour. Great service!!

Your staff was so amazing helpful friendly and knowledgeable .lily who served me listened to my questions in choosing my tumble dryer explained what I need to know . She was just so outstanding every show needs a Lilly . She arranged for a young man to put it in the car for me he too was amazing but unfortunately for him I forgot his name but he too was outstanding this purchase was Monday 21/9/26 late afternoon . The young man was a delight to meet ,curry’s I m so impressed with your amazing level of customer service shown by your two colleagues .

A poor performance with delivery of my Sound Bar until Rosie came on the scene, she resolved the problem within 48 hours, much to my relief.

Brilliant service absolutely no issues superb support and delivery

Yesterday I returned a broken carpet cleaner that I bought from Currys six months ago. “No” they said, the 12 month guarantee doesn’t apply as they were selling that model on behalf of another company, despite the receipt saying “Currys” at the top of the invoice. So, no repair, no exchange and no refund, however they did offer a courtesy gift card which I didn’t want. After refusing this about 6 times I was told to leave the shop as they had a cue building up behind me and I was told there was nothing further they could offer me. I then quoted the consumer act of 2015 at which point the manager was called and I was offered a full refund. All this took over 30 minutes to get to. The refund took a further 10 minutes to do, but it was clear to me she knew how to issue a refund. I kept my cool, was pleasant at all times but the member of staff was irritable, bad tempered and very unhelpful, I had the feeling she was reading from a script, not related to the law etc. The next day I received a survey asking how the interaction went. Well no guesses there. Why should I have to argue from a completely legitimate position when the manger knows full well what the law is but for some reason his staff don't know or have been told not to to cooperate what the law is about regarding electrical returns?

Hi just wanted to leave a review for a member of staff called Areeba. We called in today as my husband had a problem with his new Samsung A17 phone which he bought early August. She was absolutely brilliant in helping him resolve the problem. What fabulous customer service. She is a credit to the company.
