Poor quality bras for price thin…

Poor quality bras for price thin materialthat didn't resemble the online description, didn't fit either after following their online measurements. Still waiting for a refund. Not very helpful customer service. Wouldn't buy from them again

Curvy Kate has been great

Curvy Kate has been great for finding bras for bigger sizes. Was so sick of the ugly bras in shops or having to size up band sizes to get a nice bra. Curvy Kate is great, gorgeous bras and lots of sales so can get good prices. Quick delivery and free returns labels is great. Sometimes the refund process can take a while but on the whole I have been really pleased with Curvy Kate

The bra was the wrong fit for me

The bra was the wrong fit for me. Plus I feel that since buying them 10 years ago the quality has dropped off a bit. They feel flimsier. The return credit was slow coming through as well.

Returns

I really hate the fact that return shipping is not free. I had to pay $20 shipping to return a $60 bra. The appeal of CK is that they have sizes I can’t get in stores, but it really goes against the idea of improving accessibility if you have to pay so much just to try to find your right size. I appreciate that it’s a small business and it’s difficult to accommodate this option but I wish there was a way they could get around this. I won’t be purchasing from Curvy Kate again for this reason. It’s just not worth it.

Cracking cleavage, pokey wire :(

Absolutely love the bra, the cleavage is brilliant, love the shape, design… only problem is after only a couple of weeks the wire on both sides is starting to poke out and jab me. Otherwise, it’s great, but would have hoped to get more wear out of it before the wire starts coming out the sides!

The bras are amazing but slightly…

The bras are amazing but slightly disappointed that when the first recommended size didn’t fit (which was fine it’s about getting it right) it took 14 days for a refund and this didn’t include P&P.

The only thing which was my fault was I mistaken my size instead of putting 32H I put 32HH😩 but my next one was the perfect fit and good material👌👌

Poor fit, even with careful measuring and following all the instructions

I followed the instructions and measurement guides of all of my garments because fit is tricky in general, but even more so with extended sizes. Unfortunately, these garments are diggy, pinchy, and overall super uncomfy (and they are sized larger in cup and bust than I normally purchase at Torrid!) plus, I still have tissue overflow over the top (when you know, you know) Really disappointed in the sizing and fit, because the designs (especially the green one) are so adorable.

Bra fitting can be tricky and we always recommend having a new fitting every 6 months as our bodies are constantly changing. There can also be differences in fit between sizes and styles which just complicates things even more! The bra didn’t work for me

The bra didn’t work for me, it hurt my sides a lot. I’m from the US and couldn’t return it because it would cost $100- more than the bra. Nothing could be done to help, so I guess I’ll have to try selling it to someone else. Can’t say I’ll order again because of this.

We regrettably are unable to cover returns for customers outside of the UK, however for those based in the US we usually recommend using USPS which charges either $13.50 or $22.50 based on the service used, weight of the package and also the exact location from where this is being sent from. This is the method many of our US customers choose to use.

Returns Policy Not Helpful

I ordered a total of $120 worth of items which arrived from the UK without tracking in 20 days. Unfortunately nothing fit so I sent it off for return. Curvy Kate does not provide prepaid labels nor do they recommend tracking on their website (I guess they don't usually have issues). I was that person whose parcel was lost and now I am out $125 on the order plus $20 on shipping to nowhere. I would not recommend shopping with them if you are international due to this return policy. Reading the website and reviews I thought the return process would have been simple but worst case happened and they don't help at all. Since I posted without tracking, I am liable.
