I have been ordering custom camis here from time to time for several years, and my experience has always been very positive.

The measurements are made exactly according to what I provide, which is essential for custom garments. Over the years, I have clearly noticed that the overall quality has improved a lot, especially in terms of fabric, stitching, and finishing.

What I really appreciate is the customer support and communication. Even though I am ordering from another country, they are easy to reach, very responsive, and communication is clear and smooth.

If there is ever a small mistake or if something needs to be adjusted (for example, choosing the wrong option), it is usually no problem to clarify and correct it before production starts. They are genuinely willing to help and make things right.

Because I was very satisfied with my last order, I placed another order immediately.

Same company. New management. I stay in contact when customer care. i had questions they answered very fast and showed me the process & notified when my order was shipped.

Straight scammers!!! their sending out emails saying they changed management , and claiming they will rectify all unsatisfied (undelivered) orders from the past management. Lie! They ask for an order number as reference,,, I sent an email response immediately to their request with proof. Once again they have stopped responding… these “brothers” are at the center of the decay of the ummah… My ALLAH forgive you for your duplicity, and grant you clarity over your transgressions! (I wish they would allow us to post screenshots on here)

I ordered from them and i am very happ with their work. Its a new team and its a very good team. They done the thawbs and even in the process when i had questions they answered very fast and showed med the process. Very pleasant to see. I can absoloutley recommend this site to order from. Amazing. In sha Allah i will order from them again. You can also customize your own thawb with your own measures. Amazing. I am very glad and pleased with their services.

I ordered a custom thobe and Moroccan sherwal for a wedding but sadly it didn't arrive on time. This was not their fault but mine for ordering late. However, there was another wedding a few days later so I wore them for that and it was one of the top three comfortable clothing I ever wore with the linen material perfectly caressing and cooling my skin and looking spectacular at the wedding and in general, Allāhumma Bārik.

Last Ramadan I made an order but due to transportation reasons I couldn’t get my qamees hamdoullilah now they’ve contacted me and did their best to get the qamees and explained what went wrong also got a discount.
Customer service became beter so I’m happy hamdoullilah

Horrible !

I have emailed , called, send WhatsApp messages . Mostly just ignored , with the exception of one time somebody said “I’ll check tomorrow “.

Of course no response after that .

I ordered a thobe 2 months ago and still nothing . And it’s all but impossible to get any response.

Horrible way to run a business and I regret wasting my money .

I have ordered a bisht 10 working days ago, still didn't arrive and no specific tracing updates. I've bought it for my marriage and even payed extra to let it arrive faster but unfortunately.. Really really disappointed. I do not recommend.

I ordered a qamis for my husband a month and a half ago. I was assured that I would receive it quickly, but to this day, I still haven’t received anything and the package hasn’t even been shipped. I’m very disappointed with the customer service, which completely lacks transparency and gives misleading information. It’s such a shame, especially because we want to support Muslim-owned businesses, and I know their products are high quality. Unfortunately, this experience makes me unable to recommend their service

I’ve been waiting for my Abaya now more then 3 weeks, I ordered it a the second day of the ramadan so it will come before EID but 4 weeks later now I didn’t recieven 1 update ABOUT my order. I tried to contact customer service Several times now, also no answers.
