I just had my windows, front and patio doors fitted by Custom Glaze. From the very first visit for a quotation, through to completion of the job I have been pleased with my experiences with the company.
I was informed at the time of the initial survey and quotation by the salesman that things were taking longer than normal at the moment and would probably be about 12 weeks from order to installation (which turned out to be about right) so they were upfront at the start with the expected timescales.
The salesman was friendly and not pushy which I was very grateful for.

I received a competitive quote, proceeded with the order and true to their word I was kept informed of when I would get a final survey prior to installation.

Installation was carried out quickly and efficiently by a friendly team who caused minimal disruption.

I must admit there was a problem with the glass in my patio door however there were no problems having this rectified and it took about 2 weeks for new glass to be ordered and fitted so the job has been completed to my satisfaction.
Really pleased and the windows and doors have made a huge difference to the look of my house

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Custom Glaze on various properties and once again they have done an excellent job. I’m very happy with my new extension.

Scam window company. Do not use. They will take your money (thousands of pounds) and pretend to produce your Windows for 7 months.

It has two years to rectify installation errors . Even with Covid , we have been met with rude fitters , poor customer service, cancelled appointments, wind blowing around the frames, broken glass and incorrectly supplied products. It has been a nightmare dealing with this firm. I had to take six days holiday for them to rectify all the problems.

My overall feelings about Custom Glaze are one of sadness. They used to be a very good, customer focused company but now the office staff don't seem to care one bit about the service they give. I had new doors and windows installed two years ago and, since then, have had a problem with condensation dripping down the front door. I understand that covid made rectifying this difficult initially but more recently the customer service I've received has been appalling. Please only use this company if you are sure in your own mind that nothing will go wrong with the installation or that you won't get problems after it. The two stars are for the initial installation team and 3 of the 4 service engineers who have tried to rectify the problem with my door.

Custom Glaze fitted a new roof to my conservatory. They scheduled 8 days for the job and finished in 6. The standard of workmanship was of the highest order but most impressive of all was the project management. The transfer of work from one tradesman to another was seamless allowing for the project to be completed ahead of schedule. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Custom Glaze completed installing Pilkington glass roof on 2 conservatories including the Living Room style .
I can recommend this Company ,especially the fitters Danny & Ben ,electricians John & his assistant ,they all worked tirelessly to complete the project under the confines of the Corona restrictions .
Their workmanship & attention to detail was fantastic .Thankyou all for a very professional installation

Everything seamless and everyone very professional, polite and very knowledgeable . All works done beautifully and quickly - no mess or intrusion and a stunning result. Excellent price too.

Received an initial quote, but they never replied to a follow up question via email. Contacted them again two years later by email and received no response. Phoned them and was told they were busy and would call back. Never heard back from them. Glad really, as found another local firm 'WIS' who done an excellent job, and had no problems contacting them.

Had all 13 of our windows, two doors and two bi-fold doors replaced last year.
Great range of products, good quality and competitively priced. The installers were great, got the job done with minimum mess and it looks brilliant.
BUT there were a few minor issues that just took way too long and too much chasing to resolve. Then in November last year the lock on the front door failed and we were locked out. I accept that these things can happen but it has taken five months to get it sorted after lots of chasing with no compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs.
I would therefore recommend their products and installation service but would advise not to pay until everything is completed to your satisfaction. As once you have paid they do not seem to care anymore and their after sales service is shocking.

5 patio doors and a bedroom window all installed at the back of the house in one day. Two teams, job done to an excellent standard. The engineers were good at their job. Left the place clean and tidy. Professional, personable, and polite. All aspects of the job from surveying to installation. A big thank you to the office staff for making it all come together. Recommended to a friend and her installation was finished off to a high standard too.

From Office to Installation team all members of staff are professional, courteous, helpful and polite. The true test of a company is if you would use them again.
We will be in the next couple of months when I have enough pennies saved to have replace our patio doors with Bi-folds.

Custom Glaze were fantastic, no damage caused to tiles where the windows removed, cleaned up after there selves. Very efficient, nothing was to much trouble. I can't rate the workmanship highly enough. No messing about with pricing, like some companies starting high & then knocking down. What was quoted on the day of estimate was stuck too, a very fair price & we did get 2 other quotes as well. Thank You CUSTOM GLAZE in Milton Keynes
