This company had great prices! I also forgot to add a design on my daughter’s cheer bag and they reached out to confirm and once I sent them what I wanted they confirmed what it would look like! I’d say that’s customer satisfaction and great communication. Companies like that are hard to find! Will deff be ordering from this website in the future!

Customized Girl had the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. The customer service team really actually seemed fake -- like they answered as though they were customer service, but had absolutely no way to contact their production team in any meaningful way, did not follow up as promised, kept telling me delivery times were estimated, and it was all around an awful experience. I will never use them again.

Probably no one will see this until they have a bad experience but who cares. I’m annoyed. I paid $74 (which included lowest level of shipping) for a single jacket for my daughter. The quality of the garment is absolute crap. Seams have tucks in the fabric where they should be smooth and the fabric itself is bottom tier quality of thin, scratchy cotton knit. Walmart jackets are a bit better quality. I’ve paid less for nice, neoprene, customized jackets for gymnastics. There is no way to leave a review on the website (except for their clearly curated “happy customers” section) and that only makes me more annoyed. It also took a long time, but I would have been fine with that if the quality had been decent.

Ordered a an Athletic Shirt with my Company Logo. When, it arrived I tried it on and within an hour I felt itching and burning! It burnt the tops of my nipples off. This company sent a statement basically, saying that their products were approved not to be harmful in anyway! Better Business Bureau Time and Law Suit as I have the Evidence.

Ordered a Letterman jacket for my daughter for Christmas. I had ordered it with her initials on the front and her name on the back. It didn't have her initials on the front and I was told her name would be hand stitched on the jacket. It was printed on the back of the jacket. Printed. Seriously? I paid $73.79 for something I could have done myself for a quarter or the cost. And then when I call, oh I didn't order it like that. The first time I called, the customer service rep verified the front and back of the jacket. You guys like to swindle people right? Then when I talk today with a rep, my order doesn't qualify for a return but you want to give me a discount? You have Lost Your Mind if you think I'll ever get anything from you again

I placed an order and paid for the expedited shipping. They didn't ship the order until the day before it was supposed to arrive, and then refused to take responsibility for their short comings. Tried to put the blame on fed ex. The articles I ordered were of mid quality at best, when I ordered and paid for the highest quality fabric. I'm very dissatisfied overall.

The customer service chat was fine. Order delivered on time. I was VERY dissatisfied with the quality of the t-shirt. Thin and poor quality. I doubt it will last very long and will look frumpy after one wash. Bummer

I've called Left several messages I placed my order way ahead of time so I can receive it by this month it's still reading order and production and it's supposed to be mailed and shipped by now considering I supposed to receive it by the 29th of this month here we are September 27th I'm confused on how are they still working on my item from the time I ordered it to now it was literally one pet item I'm the type of person that does a lot of research especially with companies I'm not familiar with this was one of those companies I saw awesome reviews it's crazy now since this happened to me I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews had I came across those prior I would have never purchased from this company I'm going to do whatever it take to get my refund back there's no way they just going to have my money without me having then item that I purchased

Placed an order and paid additional money for faster shipping. Not only has my item still not come but I’ve reached out multiple times to customized girl and they have not gotten back to me and keep ignoring me and I still don’t have my package. Horrible customer service and untrustworthy website. Took my money but did not complete my order.

UPDATE: They took care of the replacement ASAP, less than a 24-hour turnaround. I appreciate this!

Ordered a custom tank top for my wife to celebrate her promotion at work. Took 2 weeks to arrive, that's fair, honestly. The problem? It came damaged, with a seam rip.

You can't get a hold of anyone. You can call the number but it just goes to voicemail. The email just got bounced back when I emailed my inquiry.

Placed and order for a single shirt, paid expedited shipping to receive it on the may 4, their site says shipped, the customer service rep says it shipped. Fedex says they havent received the package. Now either fedex is misinformed( its been 24hrs since supposedly shipped) or someone is covering their ass. Either way, first and last time buy anything from this place. Shouldnt wait til the day before its supposed to be shipped to finish the product when you charge 20 dollars for faster shipping. Ridiculous
