Love love love this place! I needed to change a picture after already ordering and the lady that I was emailing back and forth with was very helpful and kind. We got my order all squared away and it's on its way. This is the second time I've ordered from them and I will definitely be ordering again!

Worst place ever. Do not order from them. Your apparel will look nothing like it does when you create it online. This website is a scam.

Fabric is thin. The image is too high up. I wanted it on top of my chest. Wish they're design program factored in boobs.

Horrible! I ordered a pair of customized pjs for a friend's birthday and was charged twice by Customized Girl. When I emailed customer service to ask about the charge, they told me that it was a "holding" charge and would drop off in 7 business days ... TWO MONTHS LATER ... I am still dealing with the double charge and trying to get reimbursed. If I have known that it would be this much of a hassle, I would have made the pjs myself. Avoid the drama and order from another company.

I absolutely love my custom shot glasses you guys are the best will differently be telling others and placing future orders.

I am on the smaller side of larger women (5'10 tall, not busty, but hips n thighs that ruin lives), and I ordered a pair of runner's short. It was XL, didn't look like it was gonna fit but did. So gals, yes if you know your size they will fit, and now I have a pair of cute shorts that say Fight Me on the back. The design font was great. If you wear any sizes that are specific for "plus" I'd be a little bit careful, but for the most part their sizing is accurate. Oh also, my initial estimated delivery was July4th-7th, and they came in Jun 25, so their delivery system seems to be on point.

I accidentally placed the order before my boss approved and was beyond impressed with the customer service that I received! Joyce responded within minutes and provided a great solution for my mistake! I am forever grateful. It is so refreshing to do business with a company that cares about their customers more than making a profit!

The designing experience was great. The printing was great. The material used on the dog bandannas is very cheap, see through and flimsy and totally unusable for me. I was very disappointed.

Great company I've placed mulitple orders and goy them on time. Customers service is great. They answered all my questions before and after order was placed. Great product. I definitely plan on using them again. A+++

Would have liked the product if it didn't say pictures on shirts all over the picture, found the design feature difficult to navigate, but maybe that's me, so I just wasted my money

I placed an order for a custom mug on November 09th. I received an email on November 30th saying it should be arriving. On December 9th I inquired with Customized girl about the order. On December 10th they returned my email stating that it wasn't their fault that it hasn't been received yet and that if I don't receive it by December 21st to contact them again.

This order was placed in the BEGINNING of November, anticipating that it would be here by Christmas as it is a Christmas gift. If I knew it would have taken almost 2 months to arrive I would have definitely ordered from a different site, likely for cheaper.

Definitely not impressed with the lacking customer service ive received from this company and likely won't order from here again.

Expensive prices and terrible customer service.

Paid for expedited shipping, arrived 4 days late. Could not get anyone to respond to emails or pick up the phone. There are so many of these types of businesses that there is no reason to use this one.

If i could give this Vendor a no star I would. Very cheap lettering and shirt. The letters started to peel off right away. I paid over 30.00$ per shirt so I was expecting at least better quality on the lettering. So disappointed. Never buy from here again.

I ordered several T-Shirts with customized designs from the Customized Girl online site. The ordering experience went well, no problems. The problems came with the execution. The screens on the shirts were technically correct, I guess, if you like to tilt your head to read things.
The screen prints were all at angles, and not all even at same incorrect angles. If they were all at the same skewed angle it would just be a funny waste of money...a gag T-shirt. These are so messed up it almost gives you a head ache to look at them.
There is apparently no quality control when they roll these things off the assembly line and toss them into the mail. My small child could have looked at these T's and known something wasn't right. There's no way someone didn't notice these shirts were bad before they were mailed out to me.

The hat I ordered with wording on it came to me crooked. This was a gift so as she opened it she asked me if that was ment like that! Totally embarassing.

The designing experience was good - but the quality of the shirt means that they are unwearable as are completely see through.

We are extremely disappointed that the product is so below what is reasonable - this was a complete waste of money. :(

Very happy with the onesie. My son-in-law LOVED it for my granddaughter. Professionally done; looks great. My only reservation is that Gerber brand onesies run smaller than other brands, so I probably should have ordered 1 size larger.

Easy to order. Fast delivery. Only knock is my sons T-shirt didn't have the silver outline around the lettering as requested.

I loved my shirt, it came exactly as I ordered it & it was a week earlier than expected!
