Received my product in hand on the date…
Received my product in hand on the date requested. I'm happy with the way the lanyards came out. My only issue was I never received a confirmation email with shipping information after placing the order, so I wasn't sure when they were going to arrive. I called the customer service number and received an email with the tracking information right away. All said and done, I would definitely order from them again.

Happy with product
Great work, loved the product. Only downfall was I paid a lot of money for 5 day shipping, however it was a 6 day process because they didn’t review the order until the following business day which was a Monday.
I never got my shipping confirmation number, I had to call to get it emailed at which point they expressed they count 5 days from the day they answer email the confirmation picture. I needed my product on Friday but received it next week Monday.
