The overall experience and hat design…
The overall experience and hat design was great. The end product was a little lacking. One of my logo colors turned out to be different from the mock ups. Also, where I assume they use glue to hold the patch in place before it is sewn on looks like it was done quickly. The patch has a raised spot from the glue glob and some hats show the glue.

Exceptional Service and Quality Hats!
We had a fairly difficult finalization (on OUR part!) process, and Custom Patch Hats was with us all the way. They were extremely patient with our requests for mockups and quotes through many, many changes. Our hats arrived and were awesome. So good, that now I am ordering another version for one of our locations.

Everything went perfect. I have ordered from here a few times now and it has gone flawlessly. The hats look great. Flynn the designer that has worked with me does a great job. I have been buying hats for my company for 30 years. I will not buy anywhere else now.
