I bought a personalised dog collar from this company for a Christmas present for my pooch Bella, and she absolutely loves it we ordered a pink one with gold writing as she is often mistaken for a boy so this has helped a lot to get the right gender . I only buy collars from this company. They are high quality and durable. A great range of colours too.
I did like the option to put more information on the buckle before but not a big issue.

I love these collars. My dogs used constantly to lose their name tags but now, having my number embroidered on the collar, the problem has gone away.
The collars are strongly made and survive very rough wear, through sea, river, briar and bramble!
A great collar and I highly recommend them.

This is the second collar I’ve bought from custom pet collars, service is excellent as well as the collars, much better having identification phone number post code on a collar than a tag x the collar is lovely a soft for my dogs neck x would highly recommend

Lovely quality and good price. Much better to have info embroidered on a collar than on a dangling metal tag which can fall off or fade very quickly. Very pleased with the look of it.

Fabulous product. Loved the fact that the number is embroidered on the collar ,unlike tags as they tend to fall off. We had a problem with the fastening and the collar was replaced promptly . Excellent customer service

Great collars, great customer service. This is the third time I’ve bought these collars. They last a few years and, when they get worn and frayed, I buy more. I like them because my phone number can be embroidered onto the collar itself. This is safer than having a dangling medallion which can be a strangling hazard (for small dogs like mine at any rate). They have a nice range of colours, too. I have had purple with white lettering in the past and now have red collars with black lettering. They look great. Easy to use snap buckles (they aren’t buckles but I can’t think of the correct word for them).

These collars are excellent, all three of my dogs wear them with my phone number on, ensured my dog was found when he ran off whilst being looked after by someone else! Great quality. strong clips, good service!! Highly recommend them!

Bamboo collars are great, still clean after 2 months for pale pink one. Good to have eco option. Did have to wait but it was worth it and packaging and service is good.

I love these collars , they come in lots of different colours & styles , perfect for you to add your phone number in case your dog goes missing or likes to wonder ( luckily mine never leaves my side ) but if they do you can be contacted straight away . Lovely fit & great quality. I’ve recommended to friends & family who are also happy with them

I have ordered from this company three times and each time I have been really pleased with the dog collars I have received. On my first order I received an email explaining that the phone number format was incorrect and that they would change it on my reply, which was done. The second and third orders no problems. Delivery time is on average one month to the UK. I have been stopped many times by dog-walkers asking me where I buy my collars. They are of good quality and easy for the owner to undo.

Great collars. I have had the Bamboo collars for my dogs they are great and hard wearing. I cant keep tags on collars so it's great to have a phone number stitched into the collar. Delivery can take a while but is well worth the wait.

A nice padded collar and love the reflective stitching. Delivery takes a while, but the result is good.

I have had these collars before for my other dogs. Good quality, good price . Nice product. Highly recommend
