Absolutely brilliant company
I didn't know what size plugs I wanted except they had to be really small. The help and patience I got from the team was fantastic as I exchanged twice which wasn't a problem at all. Eventually I got exactly what I had been looking for.

Amazing service
Been buying from this website for a while now, only ever had one slight hiccup
I received a duplicate of the previous order by accident however after a few emails back and forward with their customer service agent Carmelo we managed to get it all sorted!
Extremely pleased with how this was handled and will be returning for another order soon

Great plugs with a variety of designs and sizes. I've ordered several times now and was always very satisfied. The packaging is great and my orders have always arrived in a timely manner. Customplugs is definitely my goto for ear plugs!

Custom Plugs are brilliant
Stellar quality product at an absolutely bargain price point. Customer service were on point too - i emailed before purchase to ask if a design would work on a custom plug in my size and had a reply the same day. I'll absolutely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone

Got my Black Friday delivery today and they gave me a free pair of plugs for being a frequent customer! That was so sweet, thank you! I love ordering from Custom Plugs — items always are reasonably priced and always arrive on time and in good condition. Beautiful plugs at reasonable prices. Super nicely made and the packaging is always superb too. They also stock bigger sizes which is hard to come by, specially with such great variety!
