Very happy with purchase. Bought two bats. Came in two boxes with a card displaying weight of bat and rubbers. Delivery was very quick and the communication was brilliant. The bats were great too!

From speaking to Adam on Thursday for advice, I ordered a bat, rubbers, cleaner, and glue on Friday before 2pm, for myself and club members The items were received on Saturday in under 24 hours from the order. Absolutely first class service and both Adam and Steve are very helpful. The Custom Table Tennis Black Carbon XIOM Vega Table Tennis bat for one of our club players, was very impressive. I would have bought one myself but I have enough blades so just bought Xiom Vega Euro DF rubbers instead. First rate service (excuse the pun).

Not gonna lie, I was wondering why I'd never heard of this company, but I like the layout of their site and the fact that it's very easy to navigate and they have information regarding the different options etc.
I placed and order and was confused to see that it would arrive the next day. Now that's fast shipping! I really appreciate the service and the custom card in the box shows that they pay attention to details. Lovely company, and I'll recommend them for sure.

I used Custom table tennis for the first time in January 2025 after reviewing their products online and their reviews on Trustpilot.

I made the right choice, as I was very happy with my products and also very happy with the customer service.

The online ordering facility was very easy and user friendly. I had called up querying delivery and was pleasantly assured of what's happening to my Order.

The other nice thing I like about Custom table tennis is the fact that they have a free bat making service if you buy the blade and rubbers from them. Also, they will make up you bat for just £5.00 (cost at time of writing this review), even if you just buy rubbers but you would need to submit your old blade and they will make up your bat with your new purchased rubbers from them, great service.

I have recommended Custom table tennis to players in my Wembley and Harrow Table Tennis League and would definitely buy products from them again in the future.

I've returned to table tennis after some years away; my game has been getting better lately, so I thought it was time for an update on the basic bat I've been using. I looked up Custom Table Tennis online, others at my club had mentioned them. Oh my, what a choice of products they have ...loads of stuff and most of it is in stock as well. Eventually, I made my choice and placed an order with them!! but then I got that feeling I had made a mistake. So, as you do, I started to read further reviews they have on choosing the right rubbers and blade combs; again big mistake on my part.

So I called them first thing today and actually spoke to the owner, really nice chap. He took the time to go through my order and made sure I had the right item this time ... Excellent service

I'm not very patient when I order items online, but I have to say that Customtabletennis DELIVERED!!

These guys have been great from start to finish. I placed an order from their extensive catalog of blades and rubbers for a custom table tennis bat and they have been really communicative through whole process, even swapping out products quickly for ones that were not in stock due to supply chain problems.
