If I could give a negative review I would! I ordered a custom phone case. As soon as I ordered it I told my nephew I just ordered it. He says "I already ordered it but I havent got an email or anything confirming yet" So, I immediately (within minutes) went online to email them (because there is no phone number anywhere to speak to someone) and let them know what happened and asked to cancel my order. I NEVER heard from them. So, the original package came in, I tried contacting them AGAIN. No response. I contacted PayPal to let them know what happened. They NEVER got back to me either. Then, today I received the 2nd one-same case-and they don't return custom orders!!! Yet they say they cancel orders within 24 hours-I contacted them in less than 24 MINUTES! Terrible customer service-I would NEVER order from them again!

This case has met and exceeded all my expectations! It is perfect in every way, price, quality and shipping speed are amazing. I will never buy a case anywhere else if I can get a Customtify.com case.

I loved everything about my case. Really beautiful design n pictures were very clear. Nice case for the money paid! Definitely would order again 😍. Shipping was moderate, think it took maybe 2 weeks to arrive.
