If you are looking at doing business with Custom Offsets, I would consider looking elsewhere. The sales agent was full of lies, lacked answers, and went ghost after my cc was charged for $5k worth of parts. He said ALL parts were available but were not, said they couldn't get ahold of the vendor yet I could on 4 occasions without fail, and would not take much accountability for their actions. I ordered on 01/08/26 with a week lead time and waited 2 full weeks prior to deciding to cancel the order to give the benefit of the doubt. I ended up cancelling part of the order, gave them a shot on keeping the wheel order and then they sent the wrong item which I will try to make work just so I don't have to deal with a return.
In short, if you want to deal with a "make a sale" person they're your people, if you want to deal with "true" customer service oriented people look elsewhere.

Ordered my rims Jan. 8th it's now Jan 29th and still haven't received my rims that was in stock after being say they will be to me in 7-10 days before I bought them by Kyle..

Top notch company! This was my second large order from them and as before all was outstanding. Tires mounted and balanced perfectly. Even paperwork showing their work. Shipping was faster than stated and arrived packaged very well. Customer service has a call back option and they return the call quickly. Any issues they help and make it right. They will continue to have my business because of the great value, friendly people and variety of product.

Great wheels fit to size shipping was a day early the website made it easy to purchase

We do not recommend this company at all. Cancelled an order because company could not meet delivery times given at time of purchase. We called and spoke with a customer service representative that stated the order would be cancelled. Keep in mind that you cannot call and talk to a person. You must leave and message and rely on them to call you back. We were told both through a phone call and a voice mail that the order and been cancelled because it would be another week before the parts came into build the lift kit that we purchased. Miraculously the kit shipped the next morning. Hmmmm.....what happened to the week and the fact that we were told the order was cancelled along with emails stating such. Horrible experience and customer service.

They had the best selection and price. Also their website overall work for more superior than any other site that I’ve ran across. Oh and they have very helpful YouTube videos!!!

Custom Offsets were amazing to work with! I picked out wheels had a few simple questions, I called them directly and spoke with Zac he got me straight, told me exactly what i needed and what to expect on how the car would look. Best place to get wheels. Ive ordered 3 sets now. So many options. Bigger larger then any site. Multiple rent own options instead of paying up front. Pay off early in 90 days same price basically. Customer service is great. I dont think theres a reason to look at other sites when looking for wheels
