We finalized our design and made an 80% deposit back in February of 2026. It is now June and the company is not responding to emails and has blocked their phone number. Buyer beware of this scam!

We sent a deposit of 80% down for a custom wine cellar. Over the past few months they have changedThis included commercial refrigeration, installation, design and build of the wine cellar. Over 6 months they have repeatedly told us they were going to deliver plans and would delay week by week, sending documents that were not what we asked for. We have over a hundred emails and texts validating this. Our builder and designer have been in business for over 30 years and have never seen either negligence or fraud like this. They have many videos and promises none delivered.
